AEW Hires New Backstage Interviewer

A new on-screen personality has officially come aboard to All Elite Wrestling.

Over the weekend, Arkady Unterleidner, also known as Arkady Aura, gave a major update on her future in professional wrestling. After serving as a backstage interviewer, ring announcer, and manager on the independent wrestling circuit, Arkady confirmed (via Instagram) that she has now signed on to AEW. Arkady was previously affiliated with promotions such as SoCal Pro Wrestling and The Crash Lucha Libre, where she recently acted as the manager for AEW’s Brian Cage.

“Feeling beyond blessed to be apart of such an incredible company,” Arkady wrote on X (formerly Twitter) earlier today. “Thank you for all the love and support on this journey. This is only the beginning!”

Arkady’s arrival to AEW comes just days after the company welcomed in a new member to the creative department as well. Following her recent exit from WWE, three-time Emmy winner Jennifer Pepperman was announced as AEW’s new Vice President of Content Development. Pepperman previously worked as a senior writer for WWE.

More Details On Arkady’s AEW Arrival

Fightul Select has since provided more details on Arkady’s signing, reporting that she is expected to join the company as a backstage interviewer in an effort to further balance the responsibilities currently shared by Renee Paquette and Lexy Nair. The report added that AEW has considered other candidates for the role in recent months. More additions could also be coming to the broadcast team soon.

It is currently unknown when Arkady will officially start with AEW.
