Jon Moxley successfully retained his AEW Championship at the AEW Full Gear 2024 PPV tonight against Orange Cassidy.
It was a brutal, bloody affair between the two men that faced at Full Gear 2023, but with Mox leaving the arena STILL the AEW Champion.
Wheeler Yuta was conspicuous by his absence, but he would appear at the last minute to hit Cassidy with a running knee (ala Bryan Danielson) and give Mox the chance to hit the Deathrider DDT for the win to retain.
