Matt Hardy is back on WWE television.
He did so when he made his return on Monday Night RAW from Chicago, Illinois at the Allstate Arena on the USA Network when he battled Buddy Murphy in a singles match.
As seen in the contest, Murphy went over the former WWE Tag Team Champion. It was a short match that saw Hardy hit some of his signature moves.

Hardy was pulled off WWE television back in April when his brother, Jeff, went down with an injury. Jeff was forced to undergo surgery after suffering the injury while working a SmackDown live event in Madison, Wisconsin where The Hardyz teamed up to defeat The Usos.
The brothers defeated The Usos (Jey & Jimmy Uso) on the post-WrestleMania 35 episode of SmackDown Live in Brooklyn, New York to win the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. They would have to drop the titles as a result.
Since that time, Matt had been working a select number of live events. He was last seen on WWE programming when he worked a battle royal at the Super ShowDown event in June.
During his time away from WWE, he has been releasing “Free The Delete” videos on his official YouTube channel.
