Natalya and Charlotte traded chops in the ring. Natalya connected with a German Suplex and the Toronto crowd started to chant “Suplex City”. Natalya then connected with a Powerbomb on Charlotte. Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter but Charlotte reached the bottom rope to break the hold. Charlotte then hit Natalya with a running boot and Natalya was eliminated.

Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch tried to Double Suplex Nia Jax but it was reversed and Nia Jax Suplexed both of them. Becky Lynch locked in the Dis-Arm-Her on Nia Jax and she was eliminated. After she was eliminated, Nia launched Becky into the barricade. Charlotte then hit another running boot on Alexa Bliss and she was eliminated.

After the match, Charlotte attacked Bayley and left her laying outside the ring.

Winners: Team Raw (Bayley, Sasha Banks, Nia Jax, Alicia Fox & Charlotte)

Reaction: This was a decent match. I was really looking forward to this match and it wasn’t as good I was expecting it to be. Charlotte will now head into a feud with Bayley and I’m sure it will be revealed who attacked Nikki Bella on this week’s episode of Smackdown.

Gallows and Anderson insulted James Ellsworth by making 10,000 unfunny chin jokes in a row. Mick Foley interrupted and tried to recruit Ellsworth to join Monday Night Raw. Ellsworth declined and then Braun Strowman showed up. Ellsworth then ran away in fear.

The Miz continued to mock Daniel Bryan by using his kicks on Sami Zayn. Sami ducked one of the kicks and locked in the Figure Four once again. The Miz was close to the bottom rope but Zayn dragged him back into the center of the ring. Maryse then rang the bell and Sami Zayn thought he won the match. Zayn got up to celebrate and The Miz rolled him up to win the match.

Winner & Still Intercontinental Champion: The Miz

Reaction: I was fearful that the IC title would wind up on Monday Night Raw and I’m glad that didn’t happen. This match was very good and told a great story throughout. I figured that there would be some kind of screwy finish but this one was creative. I thought Dolph Ziggler would somehow get involved in the match but he was nowhere to be found. I’m still holding out hope that Sami Zayn makes his way to Smackdown in the next few weeks but I doubt that will happen.

AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose were arguing backstage. Shane McMahon interruped and implored them to get on the same page. Shane stated that they can settle their differences in two weeks in their match at TLC. Ambrose walked away and Styles continued to complain about him to Shane McMahon.

Team Raw (Enzo & Cass, Gallows & Anderson, Sheamus & Cesaro, Shining Stars & New Day) vs Team Smackdown (Slater & Rhyno, American Alpha, Breezango, Hype Bros & The Usos)

Jey Uso then locked in a submission lock on Cesaro but Cesaro reversed it into a Sharpshooter. Jimmy Uso tried to break up the hold but Sheamus leveled him with a Brogue Kick. Jey Uso had no choice but to submit and Team Raw picked up the victory. After the match, it was revealed that Sheamus & Cesaro will be facing the New Day for the Tag Team titles tomorrow night on Raw.

Winners: Team Raw (Enzo & Cass, Gallows & Anderson, Sheamus & Cesaro, Shining Stars & New Day)

Reaction: This match was complete chaos. I thought this was on the one traditional Survivor Series match that Team Smackdown would win tonight. I thought that was even more of a lock when the New Day were eliminated right when the match began. Overall, this match was a bit of a cluster but was still entertaining.

Cruiserweight Championship Match: Brian Kendrick (c) vs Kalisto

The match started out back and forth. Kendrick took control by hitting a Belly to Back Suplex. Kendrick continued the attack and crushed Kalisto between the stairs and the ring apron. Kalisto was able to get into the ring before the referee counted to ten but Kendrick remained in control. The match slowed down and the crowd became restless. The match picked up momentum when Kalisto hit a Spanish Fly from the ring apron on Kendrick.

Back in the ring, Kalisto went for a pinfall but Kendrick kicked out at two. Kendrick rolled out of the ring and Kalisto dove out of the ring onto him. Kendrick drove Kalisto into the ring apron. Kalisto fought back and rolled Kendrick back into the ring. Kalisto went to the top rope but Kendrick recovered and caught him. Kendrick continued to control the match and landed a few punches to Kalisto in the corner. Kalisto battled back and hit the Salida del Sol but Kendrick got his foot on the bottom rope before the referee counted to three. Baron Corbin then ran in from the crowd and hit the End of Days on Kalisto.

Winner via DQ & Still Cruiserweight Champion: Brian Kendrick

Reaction: The crowd didn’t care about this match to begin with. The WWE compounded that problem by providing the audience with a terrible finish to the match. I’ve never once in my life heard anyone have any conversation with a straight face about the Baron Corbin and Kalisto feud. After tonight, I’m guessing that feud will continue to provide bathroom breaks for the viewers of Smackdown. On a positive note, I’m glad the Cruiserweight division will be remaining on Raw. Raw has literally done nothing with the division and haven’t given them the possibility to succeed on Monday nights. Having said that, I think it would be ridiculous to add an additional division to Smackdown given that it is only a two hour program. Hopefully, Raw will start giving the Cruiserweights more time and actually develop some of their characters. I’m not holding my breath that any of that will happen.

Team Raw (Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Braun Strowman) vs Team Smackdown (AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt & Shane McMahon)

After about 15 minutes of entrances the match finally started. Owens and Styles started off in the ring. The crowd started chanting “stupid idiot!” and Owens tagged in Jericho. Owens then gave Jericho a hug as he entered the ring.

Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose were tagged in. They went back and forth and Jericho tagged himself in. Jericho shouted that Ambrose owed him 15 grand. Ambrose responded by beating down Jericho. Shane McMahon was tagged in and Jericho rolled out of the ring. Jericho rolled back in the ring and was greeted with an elbow to the face by Shane. The crowd started to chant “you still got it” and Jericho fought back and landed a Dropkick.

Roman Reigns was tagged in and he continued to dominate Shane McMahon. Rollins then got into the match and applied a Chin Lock to Shane. Owens and Ambrose were then tagged into the match. Owens went for a Cannonball but Ambrose powered out of the corner and connected with a Clothesline. Everything broke down and every one got into the ring. Everyone started to trade punches and a bunch of Superstars were tossed out of the ring.

Ambrose launched himself outside the ring onto Strowman but Braun caught him. Styles then hit a Phenomenal Forearm onto Strowman while he was holding Ambrose. Kevin Owens climbed to the top rope and hit a Cannonball onto everyone. Shane McMahon then went to the top rope but Strowman caught him. Ambrose and Styles then teamed up on Strowman. Shane McMahon then Clotheslined Strowman out of the ring.

Ambrose hit Rollins with a Clothesline and Styles connected with a Pele Kick on Reigns. Styles and Ambrose then began to fight and Shane tried to break it up. Styles then leveled Ambrose from behind. Strowman then hit a Running Powerslam on Ambrose and he was eliminated. Styles didn’t even attempt to break up the pinfall.

Shane McMahon and Styles were then in the ring. Strowman beat Shane down in the corner. Styles went for the Phenomenal Forearm but Strowman launched him out of the ring. Orton went for the RKO but Strowman leveled him. Bray Wyatt then tried to convince Strowman to attack Jericho. Strowman didn’t listen and attacked Bray.

Strowman was setting up Wyatt to hit an RKO through a table when Orton hit an RKO out of nowhere. Orton and Bray held Strowman on a table and Shane McMahon climbed to the top rope. Shane hit an Elbow Drop on Strowman from the top rope through the announcer’s table. Reigns and Rollins then attacked Orton and Wyatt. The referee then counted out Braun Strowman. Braun couldn’t get back in the ring because Ellsworth was under the ring and grabbed his leg. The crowd started to chant Ellsworth as Strowman attacked him on the entrance ramp. Strowman then threw Ellsworth off of the stage and through a table.

Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon were in the ring. Owens hit a Senton on Shane and then mocked him by dancing around the ring. Owens then tagged in Jericho and he continued to beat down Shane. Jericho hit a Codebreaker on Shane and then another one on Randy Orton. Jericho then went for the pin but Shane kicked out at two. Jericho then tagged in Seth Rollins. Rollins continued the assault and then tagged back in Jericho. Finally, Shane McMahon was able to tag in AJ Styles.

Jericho went for the Walls of Jericho but Styles reversed it into the Calf Crusher. Jericho broke the hold and once again went for the Walls of Jericho but Styles reversed it into a roll-up. Jericho kicked out and Owens ran into the ring and hit Styles with the list of Jericho. Owens then hit the Pop-Up Powerbomb while the referee was telling him to leave the ring. The referee then disqualified Kevin Owens from the match.

Jericho’s list was scattered around the ring and Jericho was upset. Orton then hit a RKO on Jericho and he was eliminated. Apparently, Jericho was more concerned about his list than the match. The announcers then played up this fact and that it may cause a divide between Jericho and Owens. Team Raw was now down to Reigns and Rollins.

Reigns got in the ring and the Toronto crowd greeted him with a universal “boo!”. Reigns hit a couple of Samoan Drops and the crowd booed louder. Reigns went for a Superman Punch but Styles caught him with a kick. Shane McMahon was then tagged in. Shane hit a DDT on Reigns and followed it up by hitting a Clothesline on Rollins. Shane then set up Reigns in the corner and went to go for the Dropkick from the corner. Reigns hit a Spear on Shane to eliminate him. Shane hit his head very hard off of the mat.

Rollins hit a Superplex on Styles and then connected with a Falcon Arrow. Orton and Reigns fought outside the ring. Dean Ambrose emerged from backstage and attacked AJ Styles. The crowd started to chant “stupid idiot” at Ambrose. Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose then Powerbombed Styles through the announce table. Rollins then rolled Styles into the ring and pinned him.

It was now down to Rollins and Reigns for Team Raw and Wyatt and Orton for Team Smackdown. Luke Harper then appeared from out of nowhere. Wyatt, Harper and Orton then attacked Rollins and Reigns. Harper laid out Reigns outside the ring. Rollins then dove onto Harper. Back in the ring, Rollins was battling with Orton and Wyatt. Rollins went for a Frog Splash but Orton caught him with an RKO. Wyatt then pinned Rollins and eliminated him.

It was down to Roman Reigns and the crowd started to cheer “lets go Smackdown!”. Reigns hit a Superman Punch to Orton on the ring apron. Reigns then sent Orton into the steps outside the ring. Reigns then sent Bray Wyatt into the barricade outside the ring. Reigns then hit a Spear on Harper outside the ring. Wyatt went for a Sister Abigail but Reigns blocked it and hit a Superman Punch. Reigns went for a Spear on Bray but Orton jumped in the way. Reigns connected with the Spear on Orton but Wyatt hit the Sister Abigail on Reigns for the victory. JBL then shouted “Raw wins!” into the microphone even though Smackdown won the match. Incredible.

Winners: Team Smackdown (AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt & Shane McMahon)

Reaction: Clearly the match of the night so far. It was a very long match but held my attention the entire time. Styles and Ambrose were arguing earlier in the night and have had a feud going on pretty much since the draft. It makes sense that they wouldn’t work together in this match. It was cool to see the Shield reunite for a moment and deliver the Powerbomb to Styles through the table. I thought the finish to this match was very good as well. A lot of people, including myself, thought that Orton joining the Wyatt family was just another mind game by Orton. That doesn’t appear to be the case anymore. The only thing that annoyed me in this match was the stupid list stuff. Owens got disqualified for using the list as a weapon and Jericho got eliminated because he was obsessed with collecting the scattered pages around the ring. I just thought that was the low-point of the match. The list is amusing but I don’t think it needs to be a focal point during a Survivor Series match.

Goldberg vs Brock Lesnar

Lesnar started out this match on the attack but Goldberg sent him to the mat. Goldberg then hit two Spears on Lesnar. Goldberg then hit a Jackhammer on Lesnar and won the match.

Winner: Goldberg

Reaction: Thank goodness Survivor Series started an hour early, huh? Survivor Series went off air 30 minutes before it should have. The main event was two Spears and a Jackhammer. Goldberg hasn’t been in a match for 12 years and he destroyed Brock Lesnar in an under a minute. Seriously, I am speechless at how dumb this was. The main event turned out to be a bogus match that will create a bunch of headlines. In the end, it wasn’t even a match. It was a waste of everyone’s time. Survivor Series had a couple of good matches tonight but the WWE continues to insult their fanbase by putting on lackluster shows. I thought SummerSlam was as bad as it could get, tonight takes the cake. This was just embarrassing in my opinion. Thank you for your 9.99 a month subscription to the WWE Network. Here is a two minute main-event that sucks. I cannot wait to see the 20 minute promo tomorrow night on Raw that discusses this garbage match.

What did you think of Survivor Series? There were a couple of good matches but the main event was laughable. Let us know in the comments below.
