WWE is gearing up for the TLC PPV after a successful Survivor Series and a latest report has revealed some of the matches the company has been planning for the upcoming show.
Dave Meltzer recently talked about the upcoming show on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio and revealed that a stipulation match between Roman Reigns and Baron Corbin is currently scheduled for the show.
He also revealed that the company officials are planning for Charlotte and Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch to team up and challenge for the Women’s Tag Team Championship at the event.
Though these are not the only planned matches for the show and a previous report had revealed that the company had planned a match between Rusev and Bobby Lashley for Survivor Series but it has now been moved to the December PPV.
These matches are in line with the ongoing feuds on WWE TV and the mentioned tag team championship match has even been advertised locally from a while so it’s very likely that the company will move forward with these plans.
It’s interesting to note here that out of these three bouts, the match between Corbin and Reigns is rumored to have a very unusual stipulation. You can check out a report on the matter here.
WWE TLC 2019 takes place Sunday, December 15th from Minneapolis, MN.
