Bully Ray On Why He Thinks Fans Cheered Charlotte Flair Over Ronda Rousey

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray discussed a certain match during a reason episode of Busted Open Radio on Sirius XM.

That match was a non-title contest between WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair at the Survivor Series pay-per-view event in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center on the WWE Network. Rousey beat Flair by DQ.

The finish of the match saw Flair hit Rousey with a kendo stick to cause the DQ. She would then beat down Rousey after the match with the stick. After the match, fans were cheering for Flair while booing Rousey.

Ray brought up how the reason he thinks they were cheering Flair over Rousey while due to Becky Lynch and how it had more to do with Lynch than the other two stars. Lynch was originally supposed to face Flair but was pulled due to injuries.

The WWE Hall of Famer stated that WWE tried to make you forget about Lynch going into this match but Lynch went out of her way to make sure that they didn’t and that’s why the fans were living through Flair in that match. He thinks that everyone thought Flair was Lynch’s girl due to the angle on SmackDown Live leading into Survivor Series.

“The hug and the endorsement is what got those people behind Charlotte because if Becky says it’s okay to love Charlotte. Then we’ll love Charlotte all over again.” Ray continued, “What Charlotte did last night should have got her booed out of the building. It was the exact opposite, and it was because of Becky Lynch.”

Impressive AJ Styles Streak Was Snapped At WWE Survivor Series

Former WWE Champion AJ Styles had an impressive ongoing streak before Sunday’s (November 18, 2018) Survivor Series pay-per-view event in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center on the WWE Network. However, it’s now no longer in place as it has been snapped.

Originally, Styles was supposed to face WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series in a champion vs. champion match. This changed once Styles lost the title to Daniel Bryan in the main event of last week’s episode of SmackDown Live in St. Louis, MO at the Enterprise Center.

Cageside Seats has been tracking an interesting stat. That was Styles wrestling at the most consecutive PPV events on the WWE roster. The rules of this stat were for a star to wrestle on the main card of PPV events while Evolution and the events in Saudi Arabia were not counted if the talent didn’t compete. Thus, Styles had wrestled at 34 straight PPV events that he has been eligible for. Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins currently sits at 18 straight events which is second among the roster.

WWE has yet to announce when Styles will get his rematch for the WWE Title against Bryan. It could come as early as the next pay-per-view event for the company. WWE presents the TLC pay-per-view event on  Sunday, December 16th, 2018 in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center that will air on the WWE Network.

WWE Interested In Signing ACH

WWE is said to have interest in Albert C. Hardle, better known to wrestling fans as ACH. According to a report from PW Insider, the 31-year-old is someone WWE is looking at bringing in when the company announces more signings in January.

The soon to be 31-year-old currently competes in MLW and in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He recently teamed with Ryusuke Taguchi in NJPW’s Super Junior Tag League. Their team finished up the tournament with a 3-4 record.

He left Ring of Honor after a 4-year run with the company in 2016.

ACH and WWE’s Rumored January Signings

ACH is one of several names being thrown around for a rumored batch of WWE signings to take place in January. Last year’s class of January signings included War Machine and Ricochet.

Shane Strickland is another name rumored to be WWE bound in early 2019. The former MLW Champion is reported to be finishing up with his former promotion at the 2-night Fusion tapings in Miami next month.

ACH also competed on the recent Lion’s Break shows in Anaheim. ACH defeated NJPW California young lion Karl Fredricks on the tour before being defeated by Hirooki Goto the next night. He was on MLW’s Fury Road event in October but did not compete at Fightland: Chicago show this month.

Smackdown 11/20 Preview

For the 4th night in a row, WWE is back inside Staples Center tonight. Smackdown should be interesting tonight considering how poorly the brand did against the Raw brand at Survivor Series (minus the tag match).

Smackdown 11/20 Preview

WWE is not advertising a segment featuring Shane McMahon yet for tonight. The Smackdown Commissioner did put out the following Tweet after the PPV on Sunday, however, indicating there will be changes made to his brand starting on tonight’s show.

Charlotte Flair Segment

Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey won’t be on the show tonight but they’ll likely be watching this segment closely. Flair will likely explain her vicious assault of Rousey at Survivor Series tonight. Did Charlotte do what she did because she realized she couldn’t beat Rousey? To soften her up for Becky? Or has Flair’s recent frustrations from losing her title caused the old Charlotte Flair to surface? We’ll come closer to finding out answers to these questions tonight.

Daniel Bryan’s Explanation

Daniel Bryan has still refused to answer questions regarding his sudden change in temperament. Bryan uncharacteristically hit AJ low during their WWE Championship match last week and used the advantage to get the pin and win the title. Tonight, Bryan will explain to the WWE Universe why he did what he did. Styles will likely be watching this segment closely if he doesn’t decide to join in.

Thanksgiving Feast Fight
New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, & Xavier Woods) vs the Bar (Cesaro & Sheamus) & the Big Show

6-man action with a Thanksgiving gimmick theme to it will take place on Smackdown tonight. The Bar and the New Day will be on opposing sides of the first-ever Thanksgiving Feast Fight.

It might be an interesting time to be in the Smackdown tag-team division. After seeing his match was not included in the official Raw vs Smackdown score from Sunday, Xavier Woods was not pleased.

He also made sure to correct those who were saying Raw won 6-0.

The Usos were the sole survivors of the tag match at Survivor Series. It’ll be interesting to see if they are thrown in the tag title picture after also having defeated New Day in the build-up to the PPV.

Can Shinsuke Nakamura Bounce Back After Losing To Seth Rollins?

Nakamura lost to Seth Rollins at Survivor Series. WWE is advertising that the United States Champion is interested in bouncing back from his PPV loss tonight on Smackdown.

David Arquette Releases Statement On Deathmatch With Nick Gage

David Arquette participated in a deathmatch over the weekend. By the sounds of it, the 47-year-old actor turned wrestler won’t be taking part in any further such matches. Arquette released the following statement on the match recently.

https://twitter.com/DavidArquette/status/1064667622560559104

Arquette suffered several cuts, including to his neck, though it does not appear any of his injuries are serious. He was taken to the hospital after the match, however.

“As some of you might have seen, last week I was injured in a wrestling death match. I wanted to make sure to address the photos and videos that have surfaced from the event, as this is not the type of wrestling you watch on TV,” Arquette Tweeted. “I knew it was violent and potentially bloody, but I truly did not know the extent of what I was participating in.”

David Arquette DeathMatch

Images of a bloodied David Arquette made its way onto mainstream media outlets, prompting the response from Arquette. He was filling in for the injured Joey Ryan on the Game Changer Wrestling event.

Last week, TMZ reporters caught up with Arquette, who insisted his pro-wrestling return is not an attempt to get into WWE.

“WWE’s not the goal,” Arquette said to TMZ. “I mean, I love WWE. I would love to do anything with them ever, but my main goal is getting some respect. That really was what it’s about.”

Independent wrestling up-and-comer, Marko Stunt, was also injured at the event. Stunt broke his fibula while wrestling Eli Everfly and underwent surgery for the injury yesterday.

Shawn Michaels Opens Up On Decision To Shave His Head

WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels discussed the new look that he showed off in the lead up to his latest match under the WWE banner during an appearance on E&C’s Pod Of Awesomeness. He decided to shave his head and that got a lot of WWE fans talking as a result of it.

He teamed up with Triple H to beat The Undertaker and Kane in a tag team match at WWE Crown Jewel on November 2, 2018, at King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This match ended up being the main event of this show.

Michaels stated that before this storyline began, he was doing this independent movie in Texas where he had to make some changes to his look. “I played a younger version with my hair and then I played an older version of me that got sick and everything else” Thus, the reason why he ended up shaving his head, it was purely for the movie. Then, he got called by WWE to do this match and thought that since Triple H has his head bald, he’ll just keep the look.

“And It was thinning up there anyway, man, and so it was better to just chop it all off.” Michaels stated. The WWE Legend added that his wife likes it and having short hair is much easier to manage.

This match marked the first time that Michaels had wrestled a match since losing a retirement match to Taker at WrestleMania 26 in 2010. It will be interesting to see if Michaels works another match again.

Enzo Amore says he’s done with pro wrestling, but he delivered a Stone Cold Stunner on stage at a rap concert in West Hollywood, California on Monday night.

The Superstar turned rapper made headlines on Sunday by crashing WWE Survivor Series. After making a scene at ringside, he was ejected from the Staples Center and has reportedly been banned from future WWE events.

Enzo held a rap concert at legendary rock and roll venue Whisky A Go Go on Monday night – not far from where WWE Raw was being held at the Staples Center.

John Cena To Work Several WWE Events In December

John Cena is slated to make his return to in-ring action under the WWE banner next month. WWE.com is now advertising Cena for several shows on the company’s annual Holiday Tour.

The former WWE Champion, still free agent, will work four events: 1 RAW and 3 SmackDown. His first event is the RAW live event at Madison Square Garden in New York City. He’ll travel the following day to a SmackDown show at Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY followed up by an event in Baltimore, Maryland and finishing up on 12/30 in Tampa, Florida. As of this writing, his opponents at these shows have yet to be revealed.

Just last month, WWE announced that Cena would be featured in the World Cup tournament at the Crown Jewel pay-per-view event on November 2nd, 2018 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at the King Saud University Stadium and didn’t have to qualify to be part in this tournament.

Instead, he would be featured in the bracket of matches that takes place at this event. That all changed once it was revealed that he would not be competing at this event and instead, replaced by Bobby Lashley.

Cena was most recently active under the WWE banner when he wrestled at WWE Super Show-Down pay-per-view event.

Staples Center Donates $10,000 In Roman Reigns’ Name

Various people from across the world have come to the support of Roman Reigns after he announced that he will be stepping away from WWE to battle with leukemia.

The support has not only come from people. As we noted before, various arenas from the world also shared messages wishing Reigns and now Staples Center has taken it to another level.

Before this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE announced that Staples Center has decided to donate $10,000 to Children’s Health of Dallas.

The company released a press release and announced that they are making the donation on behalf of the former Universal Champion at his request:

“The STAPLES Center in Los Angeles has made a generous donation of $10,000 in Roman Reigns’ name to Children’s Health Dallas at The Big Dog’s request. The venue, which is hosting the third of four consecutive nights of WWE action with tonight’s Raw, showed its appreciation for WWE by making the donation to the charity of Reigns’ choice.”

Stephanie McMahon commented on this from her twitter account with the following tweet, saying that she was honored to accept the check on behalf of Roman Reigns:

You can check out the video of Staples Center president Lee Zeidman donating the money which WWE released from their YouTube account below:

Braun Strowman Will Undergo Elbow Surgery

RAW Superstar Braun Strowman will soon undergo surgery to clear out bone spurs from his elbow. After the procedure, WWE will have a better idea of whether or not he’ll be healthy in time for Tables, Ladders and Chairs on December 16th.

At this time, company officials are highly confident Strowman be cleared in time for the Royal Rumble. He’s currently slated to wrestle Brock Lesnar at the Rumble, according to f4wonline.com.

Both Strowman and Baron Corbin were part of the opening segment of this week’s WWE Raw broadcast. This led to a 6-man tag team elimination match being set up for later in the night. Braun teamed up with Finn Balor and Elias to compete against acting General Manager Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre.

After Balor and Elias were eliminated, Strowman found himself in a precarious 3-on-1 position. Strowman was able to knock Corbin out of the match, but things quickly devolved into a beatdown on the giant. The match ended in a disqualification, but the heels did not stop there. The trio crushed Strowman’s arm using the steel steps, which will be used as a way to write him off television for the next few weeks.

After the show, WWE provided an update on Braun’s status and releasing a statement on their website, the company announced that he has suffered a ‘shattered elbow’

“As reported by Michael Cole during the Monday Night Raw broadcast, Braun Strowman suffered a shattered elbow at the hands of Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Acting Raw General Manager Baron Corbin.”

As of this writing, his TLC match with Baron Corbin is still on, but that could change next week. We’ll keep you posted on Braun Strowman’s status.

7 Takeaways From WWE RAW (11/19)

WWE RAW once again aired live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles tonight. It was the first episode of RAW after Survivor Series 2018. Team RAW swept Team SmackDown 6-0 last night at the event. Seth hyped up the match with Ambrose for the IC Title at TLC and brought up Dean burning The Shield vest last week on RAW. Seth said that he learned more about Ambrose in his WWE special than being his friend.

Rollins added that it was the first time he heard Ambrose use the word “love” in the special when he said he loves WWE. Seth dared Ambrose to come down to the ring because he is looking for a fight.

Dean appeared on the jumbotron once again and said that he wasn’t going to give Rollins what he wants. Ambrose claimed things have changed and nobody knows how The Shield was when the cameras stopped rolling.

Ambrose stated that time has caught up to us and we are all going to pay for our actions. Ambrose then said “I mean look at Roman” and the crowd groaned. Ambrose said that for what Roman has done he has to answer to the man upstairs. Ambrose claimed that Rollins has to answer to him and dared Seth to come find him.

Rollins went backstage looking for Ambrose and started asking security where Dean went. One of the security guards told Rollins to get out of his face and Seth punched him. Corey Graves and Michael Cole then claimed that Renee Young is not telling them everything she knows about the situation.

[live id=”ta52jb” data-sort-time=”1542673523064″]The November 19th edition of WWE RAW took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA, and was the first episode after Survivor Series 2018.

Corbin brings up that Stephanie said she’d consider making him the permanent RAW GM after Survivor Series. Braun Strowman comes out to interrupt. Strowman wants his shot at Corbin, and Stephanie books a match between the two for TLC. Stephanie says if Corbin wins he will become permanent RAW GM, but if he loses then he also loses all authority on RAW. If Strowman wins, he’ll get a shot at the Universal Title. Strowman picks the stipulation for this match with Corbin, and he decides that their match at TLC will be Tables, Ladders, Chairs match. Stephanie ends up booking a six-man tag match for tonight: Braun, Finn Balor and Elias vs. Corbin, Lashley and Drew McIntyre — and that match starts right now.

– Finn Balor, Braun Strowman & Elias vs. Bobby Lashley, Baron Corbin, & Drew McIntyre: Elias does a song on the stage before the match. This one is an elimination match. Corbin and McIntyre start this one off with a collar and elbow tie up. Strowman overpowers McIntyre and drops him, then Finn tags in and Braun slams him on to McIntyre. Last night WWE held its Survivor Series pay-per-view (PPV) event from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The card featured several big match-ups between Monday Night RAW and Smackdown Live’s champions.

Universal Champion Brock Lesnar faced WWE Champion Daniel Bryan, Charlotte Flair of SDL faced RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey, and the traditional RAW vs. SDL Elimination Tag Team matches also took place. RAW emerged victorious on the night with a 6-0 clean sweep over SDL. It wasn’t only a big night in the ring, however, as some notable stars were backstage for the show as well.

UFC Hall Of Famer Tito Ortiz and his family were backstage at Survivor Series. Also, WWE Hall Of Famers Mark Henry, Jerry “The King” Lawler, Rikishi, and Ric Flair were at the show. And former WWE stars Sean “X-Pac” Waltman, Darren Young, Candice Michelle, and former WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia were all backstage.

AJ Styles Negotiating New Deal With WWE, Looking For Reduced Schedule

AJ Styles is believed to be negotiating a new deal with WWE. According to a report from Fightful, Styles is looking for a reduced schedule on a new 3-year deal.

Styles is said to have pushed for his losing of the WWE title recently as a result of the amount of time being champion was causing him to be on the road. The deal he is looking for is said to be similar to Randy Orton’s, where he would work television but a limited amount of house shows.

There have been rumors as of late that NJPW has sent feelers to WWE talent about possibly jumping ship. Styles could potentially be someone NJPW is interested in bringing back. Speculation is NJPW reached out to Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, and Shinsuke Nakamura, who all also signed 3-year deals with NJPW in 2016 at the same time as Styles did.

AJ Styles WWE Negotiations

Styles first signed with WWE in 2016, following a negotiation session with NJPW, WWE, and the former management of TNA Wrestling. Before he left NJPW, he was kicked out of Bullet Club and lost at Wrestle Kingdom to Shinsuke Nakamura.

He debuted in WWE at the Royal Rumble in 2016. Styles would win his first WWE Championship that September. He defeated Dean Ambrose for the belt at Backlash that year. Style’s first run as WWE Champion lasted until the Royall Rumble when he lost the belt to John Cena. It would take him over 10 months to win the title back, defeating Jinder Mahal in Manchester in November of 2017.

Ronda Rousey Releases Statement, Scheduled to Appear on Monday Night Raw

Ronda Rousey left Survivor Series on Sunday night covered in blood and bruises but that won’t stop her from making an appearance on Monday Night Raw this week.

The reigning Raw women’s champion engaged in a brutal match against Charlotte Flair at Survivor series that ended in a disqualification.

During the match, Flair hit Rousey with a kendo stick and then continued the assault inside the ring. When the match was finally over, Rousey made her way backstage but the injuries she suffered during the showdown with Flair looked all too real.

Early in the match, Rousey was seen bleeding from the mouth and once it was over, she was covered in scratches, bumps and bruises.

Rousey then released a photo on her website showing some of the injuries she suffered while promising that she would be appearing on Monday Night Raw to address what happened.

“I refused to let the doctor see me until they promised to clear me for RAW today, I said I would go home and glue it shut if I had to,” Rousey said. “They took a quick look and said I can either stitch it shut or glue it so I decided to glue it and I will be on RAW tonight!”

Rousey was originally scheduled to meet Becky Lynch in a crossover match between Raw and Smackdown Live but that was scrapped just days ahead of Survivor Series.

Lynch also suffered some very real injuries including a broken nose and a concussion after she caught a punch from Nia Jax during an angle on Monday Night Raw last week.

The highly anticipated showdown between Rousey and Lynch was postponed with Flair stepping into replace the Smackdown women’s champion.

It definitely seems like WWE is building towards an epic rematch between Rousey and Flair somewhere down the road. Rumors have been swirling for days that Rousey may not end up encountering Lynch until WrestleMania for what could be a potential headlining match.

Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch Feud Likely To Continue

On last week’s episode of SmackDown Live, it looked as though WWE laid the feud between SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair to bed. Instead, the feud will likely continue after recent social media action from both women. Lynch was initially scheduled to face Ronda Rousey at last night’s Survivor Series pay-per-view (PPV).

However, Lynch suffered a broken nose on Monday Night Raw during a brawl segment and was not fit to compete. On SDL, the decision was made to replace Lynch with Flair. In a segment, Lynch hand-selected Flair to serve as her replacement against Rousey, before hugging. After that, many believed the feud between the former best friends was over.

At Survivor Series, Flair lost her match to Rousey after getting herself disqualified. Flair attacked Rousey with a kendo stick, before crushing her neck with a steel chair. “The Queen” then took to Twitter and made some adjustments to her Twitter bio. It looks like Flair is now dubbing herself as “The Baddest Bitch on the Planet.”:

Lynch responded by making a change to her Twitter bio, seemingly taking a shot at Flair for her own bio change:

Do you think Lynch and Flair’s feud should continue?

Shayna Baszler Comments On “Fickle” WWE Fans Booing Ronda Rousey At Survivor Series

WWE NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler kept a close eye on WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey battling former SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair in the co-headliner of this year’s Survivor Series pay-per-view event in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center on the WWE Network.

The finish of the match saw Flair being DQ after using a kendo stick on Ronda then turned heel after the match by attacking her. During the match, the crowd was interested in and voiced several chants throughout it. However, following the attack, fans were chanting “Thank You Charlotte” and booing Rousey while she walked up the ramp to make her way to the backstage area.

Ronda’s fellow Four Horsewoman, Baszler, took to Twitter to react to the crowd booing the RAW Women’s Champion.

She wrote, “Fans are fickle. Always have been, always will be.” “If there’s one thing we all learned from MMA: fans are fickle. Eff them. #4HW.” “Sure, WWE fans are fickle. But trust me when I say this, UFC fans are worse. We came into this used to fickle. #LoyaltyIsEverything.”

Baszler beat Kairi Sane in a Two-Out-Of-Three Falls Match at NXT TakeOver: WarGames II event in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center. It’s likely that this feud is over and that this is the blowoff to this feud.

Enzo Amore Comments On Being Ejected From Survivor Series

Enzo Amore was forcibly removed by security at the Staples Center last night. The former Cruiserweight Champion crashed Survivor Series and caused a distraction during the AOP vs the Bar match before being removed. The Staples Center has since announced he is banned from all future events.

Enzo has been embarking on a music career since being released from WWE. His debut album, Rosemary’s Baby, was just released. Enzo will be throwing a live event tonight in the Los Angeles area to promote the album.

Earlier this year, Enzo told TMZ he’ll never wrestle again. “There ain’t nobody who’s got enough money to put me back in the ring, kid,” Amore said. “Not unless it’s ‘Creed 3’ dog and I’m fighting [Adonis Creed].”

He also told TMZ he is working on “a ton of television content right now” and is “sitting on a lot of interesting things right now.”

Kota Ibushi vs Hirooki Goto Announced for World Tag League

Kota Ibushi WILL be challenging for the NEVER Openweight Championship.

New Japan’s World Tag League tour is now underway. Two shows in Korakuen Hall and Kanagawa have already taken place and you can check out the results here.

Kota Ibushi took part in yesterday’s Korakuen Hall event in a featured six man bout. Ibushi’s team were successful when Yujiro Takahashi hit the Pimp Juice on Chuckie T. During the bout NEVER Openweight Champion Hirooki Goto appeared to once again challenge Ibushi.

The match is now confirmed. Kota Ibushi will be taking on Hirooki Goto for the NEVER Openweight Championship on December 9th as part of World Tag League. Ibushi finally took the bout after claiming in a backstage interview that he was angling for the bout. Goto also spoke to NJPW in a backstage interview and stated that “I guess when you can’t go right, you gotta go left. I didn’t expect that it would work that easily.” Ibushi also made the following comments; “Was it a trap? Did I fall for Goto’s trap?…actually, I wanted to face him.”

Will Ospreay was originally scheduled to face Taichi for the Openweight belt. Ospreay’s recent rib injury forced him to pull out of the match and Goto took the spot and won the Championship. If New Japan are looking to promote a blockbuster Ospreay vs Ibushi bout then the NEVER title could actually change hands BEFORE January, it all depends on if Ospreay is going to be ready in time for Wrestle Kingdom.

Will Ospreay Roasts Enzo Amore on Twitter

Enzo Amore caused quite a scene at Survivor Series this past Sunday. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion appeared in the crowd and was quickly ejected by security.

Enzo was spotted ringside during the event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. He was attempting to disguise himself but WWE fans on Facebook and Twitter quickly realised it was Real1. During the Authors of Pain versus The Bar tag team match, the former NXT and WWE Superstar removed his hoodie, stood on his chair and started to make a scene.

Several stars on the independent scene have given their take but Will Ospreay may have summed it up perfectly. The British born NJPW star mused on Twitter; “Imagine you use to work at Tesco. Then you got fired from Tesco. Then you show up embarrassing yourself at Tesco. Then being kicked out of Tesco by its security team. I genuinely can’t think of anything more tragic. Maybe if you did it in front of 13,000 people on live TV.”

For context Tesco is a supermarket in the UK, along the lines of Walmart.

Braun Strowman Ties WWE Record At Survivor Series

Braun Strowman had an impressive performance at the latest pay-per-view event presented by the WWE.

Team RAW (Finn Balor, Strowman, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler) beat Team SmackDown (Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio, The Miz & Shane McMahon) in a Men’s Elimination Tag Team Match at the Survivor Series pay-per-view event in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center on the WWE Network.

Strowman tied the record for most eliminations in a traditional Survivor Series match at this year’s Survivor Series event by picking up four eliminations in the contest. He pinned Jeff Hardy, Shane McMahon, The Miz and Rey Mysterio. As a result, he ties former WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns (2013) and Aja Kong (1993) for the record.

For those who may not know, this isn’t the only record he has while under the WWE banner. He also scored thirteen eliminations in the Greatest Royal Royal Rumble match and five in the seven-man Elimination Chamber match that took place back in February.

It’s expected that Strowman’s next feud and match will come against Acting Monday Night RAW General Manager Baron Corbin at the TLC pay-per-view event on Sunday, December 16th, 2018 in San Jose, California at the SAP Center. After that, it’s the road to WrestleMania. WWE has yet to announce this contest but is expected to do so shortly.
