5 Takeaways From AEW Dynamite (10/30)

AEW Dynamite aired live from the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Charleston, West Virginia. In addition to the takeaways below, Hikaru Shida defeated Shanna during tonight’s Dynamite.

Here are 5 takeaways from the show:

Hangman Page Sent A Message To PAC

Hangman Adam Page battled Sammy Guevara in the first match of the night. Sammy connected with a Superkick but Hangman shrugged it off and leveled Sammy with a Clothesline.

Page followed it up with a big boot and then a Back Drop. Sammy rolled to the apron to regroup but Hangman followed him out there. Page went for the Dead Eye but Sammy escaped. Guevara charged at Hangman but Page countered into a Sidewalk Slam on the apron.

Back in the ing, Hangman planted Guevara with a Powerbomb and went for the cover but Sammy kicked out at two. Hangman threw Guevara to the outside and made his way to the top rope. Page hit an awesome Moonsault and rolled Guevara back into the ring.

Hangman set up for the Buckshot Lariat but Sammy rolled out of the way. Guevara hit a knee to the face but Hangman battled back and quickly connected with the Buckshot Lariat for the pinfall victory. After the match, Hangman said he was going to some real cowboy shit at Full Gear and take PAC’s head off. The crowd chanted “cowboy shit!” as Page posed in the ring.

Inner Circle Attacked Dustin Rhodes

Cody took a ride in a limo with Tony Schiavone to the arena for the contract signing for the AEW Championship match against Chris Jericho at Full Gear. Cody revealed that his mother is coming to Full Gear on November 9th.

They then arrived at the arena and met Jericho on the entrance ramp for the contract signing. Cody quickly signed the contract and slid it over to Jericho. Chris grabbed the microphone and was greeted with “you suck!” chants from the crowd.

Jericho said that this match is too important to flip a table over or Powerbomb Cody through it. He added that this is the biggest match of Cody’s career at Full Gear. Jericho stated that if Cody loses it will prove to all the millennial jackasses in the crowd that Cody isn’t that good. Jericho signed the contract and vowed to teach Cody what it is like to be a loser at Full Gear.

Chris got up and called the crowd hillbillies and they responded with a loud “asshole!” chant. Jericho extended his hand and Cody shook it. Jericho tried to walk away but Cody pulled him back. Jericho took off his sunglasses and said that we can stand here all night but Cody might be needed elsewhere.

Inner Circle (Jake Hager & Sammy Guevara) was shown in the parking lot attacking Dustin Rhodes. Hager slammed the car door on Dustin’s arm before Cody and MJF showed up. Hager and Guevara backed away as Jericho showed up with a cigar. Inner Circle told Cody to take Dustin to the hospital and wished him a Happy Halloween before driving away.

I really enjoyed this segment. Jericho’s value it AEW right now is immense and he is doing such an excellent job as the champion. The crowd is fully behind Cody and it is going to be an amazing atmosphere for this match at Full Gear.

The Elite Picked Up A Win

The Hybrid 2 (Angelico & Jack Evans) & Kip Sabian squared off against the Young Bucks & Kenny Omega. Sabian flipped onto the Young Bucks as the Hybrid 2 isolated Kenny Omega in the ring. Omega battled back and knocked them out of the ring. Matt and Nick Jackson got back into the ring and hit Sabian with a Dropkick.

Evans leveled Omega with a knee to the face and flipped onto him outside the ring. Sabian planted Matt with a Suplex and went for the cover but Matt kicked out at two. Kip connected with a Hurricanrana off the top rope for a near fall.

Omega took out everyone with a few awesome Snap Dragon Suplexes and tagged Nick Jackson in. Omega hit Angelico with a V-Trigger but Sabian threw him out of the ring. Kip mocked Omega and tried to flip onto him but got planted with a Powerbomb for his troubles.

Back in the ring, The Elite hit Jack Evans with three Superkicks and Omega followed it up with the V-Trigger. Kenny hit the One Winged Angel for the pinfall victory. After the match, Matt and Nick started arguing with a couple of fans in Rick and Morty masks. Santana and Ortiz then took off the masks and beat the Young Bucks down before retreating through the crowd.

Jon Moxley Vented About His Match With Omega Being Unsanctioned

Jon Moxley
Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley interrupted the Librarian and planted him with the Paradigm Shift. Jon brought up his match against Kenny Omega now being an Unsanctioned Match, which means officially the match doesn’t count in the record books.

Moxley claimed that AEW wants to treat him like a freak and put him in a box so that he won’t cause any trouble. He shouted that this is how it is going to be than AEW can shove the win and loss records up their ass. Moxley added that he is the sickest son of a bitch in this game and there is nobody that is going to prove him.

Jon vowed to beat Kenny Omega to within an inch of his life at Full Gear. Moxley shouted that Kenny’s blood will be on AEW’s hands and that AEW management should kiss his ass and stay the hell out of his way.

https://twitter.com/AEWrestling/status/1189688166111989761?s=20

Jon Moxley is a hell of a lot more entertaining than Dean Ambrose ever was in WWE. All AEW has to do is hand him a microphone and let him go. I also really liked the conversation that Moxley had with Tony Khan backstage that led to the match being Unsanctioned. Moxley in this role is excellent and there is no stupid “Lunatic Fringe” label on him and he isn’t befriending a potted plant named Mitch. He is causing chaos and it is awesome to watch.

SCU Became The First AEW Tag Team Champions

SCU

Chris Van Vliet interviewed the Rock n Roll Express during tonight’s Dynamite. Proud and Powerful (Santana & Ortiz) attacked the Rock n Roll Express until the Young Bucks finally broke it up. The Rock n Roll Express was supposed to present the Tag Team Championships later on the show.

https://twitter.com/AEWonTNT/status/1189704684736409600?s=20

Lucha Bros (Pentagon & Fenix) battled SCU (Scorpio Sky & Frankie Kazarian) in the finals of the AEW Tag Team Tournament. The match started out in a brawl with both teams trading punches in the ring. Pentagon Jr. hit Scorpio with a Backstabber and then connected with a Pumphandle Slam to Frankie for a two count.

Pentagon hit Sky with a Slingblade as Fenix walked across the top rope and booted Frankie in the face. Scorpio Sky hit Pentagon with a Hurricanrana as Frankie planted Fenix with a German Suplex for a near fall. Pentagon hit Scorpio Sky with a Superkick and then held Kazarian. Fenix hit an awesome Leg Drop on Kazarian as Dynamite went to a commercial break.

Back from the break, Scorpio Sky flipped onto Pentagon outside the ring but turned around into a Dropkick from Fenix. Kazarian went for a Hurricanrana on Fenix but it was botched and Frankie slammed his head off the apron. Pentagon hit Frankie with a Destroyer and then Fenix connected with a Cutter on Scorpio Sky for a two count.

Sky and Fenix both went for Crossbodies and wound up colliding in the ring. Pentagon then Powerbombed Frankie through the timekeeper’s table outside the ring. Pentagon hit Scorpio Sky with a Superkick and Fenix followed it up with a Splash off of Pentagon’s shoulders for a near fall. Scorpio Sky then picked up the win for SCU via a roll-up.

The finish to this match felt a bit rushed as AEW still needs to work on managing time better on Dynamite. There was hardly any reaction because the crowd was expecting Lucha Bros to win and they were also caught off guard by the sudden finish. I hope Kazarian is alright because he bashed his head off the apron extremely hard and I have no idea how he was able to finish the match. The contract signing and Moxley’s promo being the best parts of the show in my opinion.

5 Takeaways From WWE NXT (10/30)

The October 30, 2019 episode of WWE NXT aired live from Winter Park, Florida at Full Sail University. Here are 5 takeaways from this week’s show:

Candice LeRae & Io Shirai Clash

Candice LeRae & Io Shirai

Candice LeRae vs. Io Shirai was exactly what it should’ve been. It actually opened the show, which was a nice touch as these two were game to go out there and put on a hard-hitting match.

Shirai would go over in this contest. After the match, Shirai continued the beatdown until Rhea Ripley ran down to make the save.

WWE has been building up this match for several weeks now and it appears to be the blowoff contest for this program.

That’s fine considering that WWE still needs to crown a new #1 contender to the NXT Women’s Title that is held by Shayna Baszler heading into the TakeOver show coming up on Survivor Series weekend next month.

While feud is over, it appears that Shirai and Ripley will have a program now, which should be fun.

This could’ve been a match that previously would’ve been saved for a TakeOver special but since WWE is in a different age with NXT, it was used for a TV match, which is fine.

Finn Balor Explains His Actions

WWE followed up on one of the hottest heel turns in recent NXT memory with Finn Balor.

WWE did so when on this episode when they had Balor cut an in-ring promo about how his actions have turned him into the hottest thing in the business and making everyone talk about him. Balor said that he doesn’t watch the business but the business watches him.

Balor switched his focus to Johnny Gargano and stated that he will change the moniker of ‘Johnny Wrestling’ into ‘Johnny Watches Wrestling.’

This was a short and straight to the point promo that was one of the highlights of this show.

This comes after last week’s cliffhanger ending to the show when Balor attacked Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa after having a standoff with The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong).

Just like many people who saw the first part of the heel turn, there were many people looking forward to seeing Balor teaming up with Gargano and Ciampa to battle the group.

That won’t happen now but it’s still a good direction to go with the Balor character as it’s different. More importantly, WWE has done a great job at getting people talking with Balor being a heel, which should help the brand out going forward.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Match

Asuka and Kairi Sane Tegan Nox

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Kairi Sane put their titles on the line against Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai in a match that took place over the course of the second hour.

WWE gave these ladies a ton of time for a TV match that was fun to go along the journey that these four stars created. Asuka and Sane retained the titles. This was a one-off match between the two teams.

WWE hasn’t done a great job with the Women’s Tag Team Titles. Although since they were introduced earlier this year, the company has had the main roster talent both on RAW and SmackDown only challenge for them.

That changed on this episode, which was fun to see. Hopefully, WWE will do more of this on future shows as it brings a different dynamic to the show. NXT usually doesn’t book tag team matches, especially with women.

WarGames For Women’s Division

Fans knew an announcement about the NXT TakeOver: WarGames event was coming and it was made.

There was a big brawl after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Match. This brawl included Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai, Rhea Ripley, Candice LeRae, Io Shirai, Bianca Belair, Marina Shafir, Jessamyn Duke, and NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler

NXT General Manager William Regal came out and yelling “WarGames” to make it official.

Triple H was actually talking about this in one of his many recent interviews about which gender to go with at this year’s event. Although the men in NXT have gotten the chance in recent years, it’s a nice change with having women compete in the match.

The mixture of stars in this contest will make for an interesting dynamic as well as they bring so many different styles that will clash inside of a fan favorite structure.

NXT TakeOver: WarGames 3 event is slated to go down on Saturday, November 23rd in Chicago, Illinois at the Allstate Arena.

Cameron Grimes Rebounds Over Tyler Bate

Cameron Grimes vs. Tyler Bate turned out to be a fun match with both men putting on an impressive showcase for fans to watch.

It turns out that Grimes actually beat the former NXT UK Champion thanks to interference by Killian Dain. Post-match, Dain attacked Bate in order to continue his path of destruction.

This match comes just one week after Grimes was booked in the biggest match thus far in his career with WWE. However, Grimes lost to Matt Riddle. I like the touch of booking him right away against an actual star instead of him going backward by facing a jobber.

It’s rare these days to see Tyler Bate compete in NXT as he’s usually working the NXT UK brand. However, WWE has been more open to booking NXT UK on NXT since moving the show over to the USA Network.

I’m curious to see where Grimes goes from here as his character appears to be lost in the shuffle.

SCU Crowned Inaugural AEW Tag Team Champions

AEW (All Elite Wrestling) has crowned their Tag Team Champions, which are SCU.

After weeks of building to this moment, the promotion held the finals of the Tag Team Title Tournament on Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite in Charleston, WV at the Charleston Coliseum on TNT.

SoCal Uncensored (Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian) beat The Lucha Bros to win the titles. WWE Hall of Famers Rock & Roll Express presented the titles earlier in the night but were attacked.

https://twitter.com/AEWonTNT/status/1189723687542390784

This match was set up on last week’s show that saw SoCal Uncensored beat the Dark Order while Lucha Bros beat Private Party in the semi-finals of the tournament.

The Lucha Bros beat the Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy and Marko Stunt) in the first-round of the tournament earlier this month.

As of this writing, AEW has yet to announce when SCU will make their first title defense as the AEW Tag Team Champions. However, it could be coming soon.

The AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event will take place on Saturday, November 9th from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland and has already sold out. They could make their first title defense at this show.

An announcement could come on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

First-Ever Women’s WarGames Match Set For NXT TakeOver

Fans already knew that WWE was bringing back WarGames for an upcoming NXT TakeOver special but the question remained which gender would get to compete in the structure.

WWE answered that question on Wednesday’s episode of NXT when a big brawl broke out involving several women including Tegan Nox, Dakota Kai, Rhea Ripley, Candice LeRae, Bianca Belair, Io Shirai, Marina Shafir, Jessamyn Duke, and NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler.

This led to NXT General Manager William Regal coming out and yelling WarGames, which made the match the official between the heels and babyfaces.

This will likely serve as the main event of this show as the match will be historic. There are nine stars in this contest, which is an uneven number as typically it’s 4-on-4 so it appears that another star will be added or one star will not be wrestling.

Although not confirmed, WWE did air a video package for Mia Yim on this show so she could be the final star added to the match.

https://twitter.com/WWE/status/1189715117719445504

The company presents the NXT TakeOver: WarGames 3 event on Saturday, November 23rd in Chicago, Illinois at the Allstate Arena.

WWE decided to bring the match back for NXT TakeOver event that took place on November 18, 2017 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. WWE used it for this TakeOver special again last year.

AEW Full Gear: Stipulation Added Moxley vs. Omega

All Elite Wrestling has announced a stipulation for Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega at the upcoming Full Gear pay-per-view.

As seen on Thursday’s episode of AEW Dynamite in Charleston, WV at the Charleston Coliseum on TNT, cameras followed Moxley into the office of AEW President Tony Khan’s office last week.

This is where it was revealed that this scheduled match will be an unsanctioned lights out match as AEW can no longer sanction the match. Moxley said that Khan will be responsible for what happens to Omega at Full Gear.

Stephanie McMahon On Why Natalya & Lacey Evans Were Chosen For Crown Jewel Match

Stephanie McMahon recently did an interview with Bleacher Report to talk about the historic announcement WWE made on Wednesday morning.

WWE confirmed that Lacey Evans and Natalya will work the first-ever women’s match in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel. These two have wrestled each other quite a bit as of late, which led to fans wondering why they were picked for this historic contest.

“Natalya is somewhat of a legend in the women’s division. She is the veteran. She has been here for so long, been a part of so many of the changes that have happened.” McMahon added that when you consider her legacy and family history, it’s pretty remarkable.

First-Ever Women’s Match In Saudi Arabia Set For WWE Crown Jewel

McMahon switched gears to Evans where she noted that Evans is new to the scene but has not been shy about sharing her perspective on overcoming in her life. She also wants to set an example for her daughter, which is why they bring personal stories to the match.

McMahon added that “I can’t think of better representatives for WWE.”

McMahon was also asked about why the company didn’t book a second Evolution PPV event this year. According to McMahon, they considered it but this match was bigger due to its importance.

“We did consider it. A lot of our focus has been on having this particular match as a part of this PPV in Saudi Arabia. More to come on Evolution but it’s most likely not going to happen in 2019.”

The Saudi government had indicated to WWE they could have their first women’s match at the Super ShowDown event earlier this year to the point that WWE flew Alexa Bliss and Natalya out for the show but plans changed at the last minute.

Candice continues the offense and hits an enziguri. Candice appears to be bleeding from her nose. Shirai blocks a suplex and they scramble on the apron. Candice blocks a German suplex attempt, then she elbows Shirai into the ring. They fight up to the top turnbuckle and Shirai shoves Candice down to the ringside floor. Back in the ring, Shirai looks for an armbar but can’t get it. Shirai brings a steel chair in the ring, but the ref takes it, and they argue now. Nox misses a kick and Asuka applies a knee bar. No reverses it into an armbar on Asuka, but Kairi breaks it up. Kai runs in and takes out Kairi. Asuka hits a German suplex on Nox, but then Nox comes back and boots Asuka in the face. Kai appears to be selling a knee injury now. Kai gets the tg and hits a running big boot on Asuka. Kairi causes a distraction, allowing Asuka to spit the green mist in Kai’s face. Kairi tags in and drops Kai, and Asuka runs over and knocks Nox off the apron. Kairi goes up top and hits the flying elbow drop for the three count.

Sharai and Ripley brawl all over ringside now. Bianca Belair and Candice LeRae also run out to the brawl. When the dust settles, it’s down to Ripley and Baszler in the ring, and they start throwing strikes. Security and others run down to break it up. NXT GM William Regal appears with a mic an says the only solution for a conflict with this many people, is WarGames. Regal announces the first ever women’s WarGames match, as the brawling continues in the ring. The two sides are separated and we go to commercial.

The Undisputed Era vs. Matt Riddle & Keith Lee: Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish are representing the Era in this one. The opening bell sounds and O’Reilly and Fish take out Riddle first, then they go after Lee. Lee manages to fight off both Era members, then he levels Fish with a big shot in the middle of the ring. Lee continues to avoid the double team, and he knocks O’Reilly out to the ringside floor. Fish rolls outside to regroup. Riddle finally comes back with a sleeper on Fish, but Fish fights him off and drops him. O’Reilly looks for a big boot on Riddle, but Riddle ducks, and O’Reilly accidentally hits Fish. Riddle fights off O’Reilly and then he looks to tag in Lee, but Fish runs around and pulls Lee off the apron before he can tag. This leads to O’Reilly going back to work on Riddle now.

Riddle finally fights back again with kicks and knee strikes, but then O’Reilly shuts him down again with a brainbuster. O’Reilly looks for a submission on Riddle, as Fish hits Lee on the apron again. Fish tags in, but Riddle fights off the double team, and Lee gets the hot tag. Lee cleans house and launches both Era members through the air. Lee misses a moonsault from the top, and the Era starts fighting back now. Lee lifts up O’Reilly dead weight and powerbombs him. What a tough pick. I’d love to see a number of these guys one-on-one against “The Phenomenal One” later in the broadcast for a potential “show-stealer” performance. With that in mind, I’ll go with Buddy Murphy for the win. Who knows! (Prediction: Buddy Murphy)

Ian Carey: This is a complete crap shoot. The person who wins will likely just be in line to lose to AJ Styes shortly after. So it’s likely going to be a babyface so there is a heel vs babyface dynamic in the US title match. Sin Cara, Apollo Crews, and R-Truth are possibilities. Buddy Murphy is another possibility. To be honest, I have no idea if Murphy is a heel or babyface but he could certainly have a great match with Styles! (Prediction: Buddy Murphy)

Andrew Ravens: There is a lot of filler in this match with only a few guys who I can see winning the match. While Andrade and Erick stick out as the top names in this match, both guys are heels. This would make for an odd selection to face AJ Styles since he’s a heel. Thus, they are not an option. I’m taking Cedric Alexander here as he’s a face that WWE has done something with over the last few months although his push has halted. Plus, he has a history with Styles. (Prediction: Cedric Alexander)

CONSENSUS: Buddy Murphy (2-1)

Tag-Team Turmoil For 2019 WWE World Cup

Matt: This one will feature nine WWE tag-teams vying to determine who the best duo in the business is today. The teams competing for the 2019 WWE World Cup in this tag-team turmoil match are The New Day vs. The Viking Raiders vs. Heavy Machinery vs. Lucha House Party vs. Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins vs. The Revival vs. The O.C. vs. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode vs. The B-Team. In a complete shot-in-the-dark, because much like the battle royal, I could see 100 different people coming out on top in this one, I’ll go with the safe pick. (Prediction: The New Day)

Andrew: It seems like every time that WWE holds an event in the country there has to be some sort of gimmick match. This fills that gap. It’s whatever though because unless your name is Shane McMahon then does it matter who wins this match? Does Braun Strowman even have his trophy from last year? Okay, I’ll take The New Day to win because they’re the top tag team in this match. (Prediction: The New Day)

Ian: This match has to go to the Viking Raiders. They are the monster tag team WWE is buiding right now so there is no way they will get pinned in this match. Granted, last time WWE had a tag team turmoil match they were able to get the Raiders out by having them go to a double count-out with the O.C. So something weird could happen but it just seems to be this is a good opportunity to showcase arguably the top team in the company. Expect the Revival and New Day to do something to build to their title match on Friday’s Smackdown as well. (Prediction: Viking Raiders)

CONSENSUS: The New Day (2-1)

Mansoor vs. Cesaro

Matt: See, we have Saudi Superstars, too! In what feels like a clear showcase of the man WWE is heavily promoting as “WWE’s First Saudi Superstar,” I can’t see Mansoor losing here. With Cesaro involved, however, I can see Mansoor looking like 1,000,000 bucks in this one. (Prediction: Mansoor)

Andrew: Who cares? Okay, with us giving picks and all, it’s pretty easy to see who will win this contest. This marks Mansoor’s second match on WWE pay-per-view and with it being in Saudi Arabia, which is the only time he’s basically booked, he should go over in this contest. (Prediction: Mansoor)

Ian: WWE didn’t really capitalize much off Mansoor’s battle royal win on a previous Saudi show but he’ll be in single’s action here. Cesaro is an excellent opponent for Mansoor as he will be able to give him a good match. Mansoor will win here but don’t expect it to lead to anything for him after, as the last time he won on a Saudi show pretty much led to nothing at all… aside from this match here several months later. (Prediction: Mansoor)

CONSENSUS: Mansoor (3-0)

Team Hogan vs. Team Flair

Matt: I think this is unfortunately more an excuse to get big names like Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair on the show for promotional purposes, as the Saudi Arabian deal clearly guarantees some high-profile stuff. It’s also an excuse to get a bunch of guys on the card, which a lot of the matches we’ve broken down thus far appears to be designed to do. In any matter, a Hogan muscle-posing outro with an angry Flair freaking out in over-the-top Nature Boy fashion feels like the ending to me for this one, so … (Prediction: Team Hogan)

Andrew: I’m taking Team Hogan on this one. WWE has clearly been building Ric Flair as the heel in this storyline and in legend vs legend matches, usually the babyface goes over. Not always, but the vast majority of the time. I’m expecting that to be the case here. This isn’t an elimination match so expect Roman Reigns to pick up the win for his team, likely over McIntyre, Nakamura or Corbin. (Prediction: Team Hogan)

Ian: This is a one-off match and at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter who actually wins the match. However, with it being a special show for the Saudi government, I suppose the right call would be for Team Hogan to go over here. The reason for that is due to the team being full of babyfaces and competed under one of the biggest babyfaces in the history of pro wrestling in Hogan. (Prediction: Team Hogan)

CONSENSUS: Team Hogan (3-0)

First-Ever Women’s Match In Saudi Arabia: Lacey Evans vs. Natalya

Matt: In what was a late addition to the lineup and one that is definitely meaningful in the sense that it is yet another feather in the promotional cap of WWE, as they managed to make history with the first-ever women’s match in the history of Saudi Arabia. This one should be good, with Nattie going far out of her way to deliver, as she clearly is something who takes things like this extremely serious. With that said, the winner is a toss-up in my mind. (Prediction: Lacey Evans)

Andrew: A late addition to the card and while it may be historic, why WWE went with this match remains to be an odd choice for me. These two have worked together so much together with various gimmick types that makes me less interest in seeing it. Since Natalya is a babyface, I’ll have her to win here. (Prediction: Natalya)

Ian: Natalya and Lacey Evans will make history as the first WWE women’s wrestlers to perform on one of these shows. These two have been trading wins and losses for some time now so it’s no guarantee who wins here. I imagine Natalya will win with the sharpshooter as they’d rather the babyface go over for a match like this, however. (Prediction: Natalya)

CONSENSUS: Natalya (2-1)

AJ Styles (C) vs. TBD (WWE United States Title)

Matt: Well, since I’ve got Buddy Murphy winning the aforementioned 20-man battle royal earlier in the show to determine who will be facing AJ Styles in this contest with the WWE U.S. Title up for grabs. It should be an excellent match, but unless they need the strap off of Styles to prepare him for bigger and better things (which is a very good possibility, by the way), I don’t see him losing here. (Prediction: AJ Styles)

Andrew: Aside from a select few guys who were not in this Battle Royal, the title shouldn’t be taken away from AJ Styles at this time. Unless, which I highly doubt, WWE has plans to put him back in the Universal Title scene, Styles should remain as the United States Champion. He makes the title more prestigious and has done a good job as champion thus far. (Prediction: AJ Styles)

Ian: I’m predicting this match is Styles vs Buddy Murphy but really no matter who wins the battle royal, Styles will win this match here. There is not one name in the battle royal which could be argued is a bigger star than Styles. (Prediction: AJ Styles)

CONSENSUS: AJ Styles (3-0)

Tyson Fury vs. Braun Strowman

Matt: Straight out of the gate, I’m a giant combat sports (MMA and boxing, primarily) fan and a huge mark for “The Gypsy King.” That aside, I’ve always thought Fury would be a perfect fit in the world of WWE, and he’s done pretty well so far. He’s definitely making the media rounds to help make this thing feel big, like he is in stature, in the boxing world, the European market in general and internationally as the lineal boxing heavyweight champion of the world. Will this match succeed? Triple H is putting Fury in a rare category that only seems to include Floyd Mayweather and Ronda Rousey in terms of combat athletes making flawless transitions to the world of sports entertainment in WWE. Thursday will be a big test for Tyson Fury. It should be interesting to watch play out, regardless of how it unfolds. WWE has my money for this one! (Prediction: Tyson Fury)

Andrew: If this was a year ago I would wonder how they beat Strowman but he isn’t the same protected guy that he once was. Thus, Fury should go over. Now, the finish of this contest will be interesting to see as they can’t make Strowman look weak in losing. Maybe Fury catches him with a KO punch like Big Show’s finisher used to be. (Prediction: Tyson Fury)

Ian: I don’t expect Tyson Fury would have agreed to this match unless he was going to win. On the other hand, if the Saudi family was able to pay him enough then maybe he doesn’t care about losing. Strowman has been kept strong in Saudi, however, so there could be some type of shakanary at the end to prevent either guy from truly losing in the eyes of the fans. This is a tough one but I’m going to pick Fury. (Prediction: Tyson Fury)

CONSENSUS: Tyson Fury (3-0)

Seth Rollins (C) vs. Bray Wyatt (WWE Universal Title)

Matt: This one should be given all the bells and whistles that come with story-telling in a gimmick match, especially one involving such an extreme gimmick/character like “The Fiend.” Everyone knows the reaction to the (non) finish of their match at the WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view. Obviously this one won’t play out anything like that one did. We will have a winner here, and I think it’s time for the reign of “The Fiend” to begin. (Prediction: Bray Wyatt)

Andrew: WWE should put the title on Wyatt in this match but the company has made it where that is impossible. Wyatt is on SmackDown and obviously, WWE can’t have two world titles on the same brand. I don’t see Wyatt being moved over to RAW either. Also, WWE has already shown that they don’t want to put the title on Wyatt, which is what led to the disaster of the Hell in a Cell match finish. With the odd stipulation that this match can’t be stopped for any reason, WWE will have to be creative with the finish and protect Wyatt. I have Rollins retaining the title over Wyatt. (Prediction: Seth Rollins)

Ian: I almost want them to stop this match without a winner just to see the reaction it would cause on social media. Expect something weird to happen here. Rollins will keep the title most likely because Wyatt is on Smackdown. Now hear me out on this one but Smackdown owes RAW future considerations for the Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. If Wyatt wins the title, does he end up on the RAW brand? Is that the end game here? Probably not, probably Rollins wins. (Prediction: Seth Rollins)

CONSENSUS: Seth Rollins (2-1)

Brock Lesnar (C) vs. Cain Velasquez (WWE Title)

Matt: Did I mention I’m a giant combat sports fan? This match is too cool on so many levels. Watching the face-to-faces, reading into some of the comments in the social media entries particularly shared by Velasquez the past couple of days. Knowing the history these two and how everything played out in their past, it just makes for very entertaining programming. It’s the Bret Hart-Shawn Michaels rivalry on a whole other level of reality. Cool stuff. Will the match deliver? We know Cain can flip around in his Lucha Libre style. We know Brock can make things look like a dog-fight. Will the styles blend? Will their egos sneak into the picture, ala Lesnar decking Strowman in the past hard-way, etc.? We’ll find out in less than 24 hours. (Prediction: Brock Lesnar)|

Andrew: When this match was first announced, I figured that WWE wouldn’t beat Cain in his first match with the company. However, with it being for the WWE Title, I can’t see Cain becoming the champion so soon. I also don’t see them beating him either. However, Lesnar must retain the title so I figure they will do a DQ finish with Cain winning. It isn’t like WWE is against doing these finishes anyways. (Prediction: Cain Velasquez)

Ian: This match runs into the same scenario as Fury vs Strowman. Would Cain agree to lose to Brock his first match in the promotion? Velasquez is signed to WWE for an extended period of time and has retired from MMA. To kick off his WWE career right, they will want to have him win here but that’s not to say that’s what will happen. I feel like Cain is likely going to win this match but I wouldn’t bet my life on it. (Prediction: Cain Velasquez)

CONSENSUS: Cain Velasquez (2-1)

RVD Says Without Him There’s No Kenny Omega, Daniel Bryan Or Young Bucks

Rob Van Dam turned heel at Bound for Glory in Chicago by kicking Rhino in the head during the tag team title match. Hints about a possible heel turn for RVD date back to his initial signing with Impact this spring, however. RVD has been complaining about wrestlers stealing his moves dating back to the first media call he did on behalf of the company.

On last night’s episode, however, RVD said that not only do the wrestlers in Impact steal his moves, some of the top performers from other promotions do as well.

“Let’s face it, without RVD, there would be no Kenny Omega, there would be no Daniel Bryan. Without RVD, there would be no Young Bucks.”

He added, “I carried the whole ECW. And if you think I’m lying, who is the one wrestler to stand out?”

Impact uploaded a video of RVD’s controversial promo, which you can see here:

https://twitter.com/IMPACTWRESTLING/status/1189340474483589121

In response to a fan on Twitter who said RVD was speaking the truth, he replied, “Truthfully, I was a small 235 lb wrestler because the average guys were closer to 300 lbs and I was the only one creating and doing RVD moves. Now the average wrestler is 190 lbs and they all do my shit. Elite= petite”

Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes In Impact Wrestling

Katie Forbes recently signed on with Impact Wrestling as well. She dropped a match to Jordynne Grace at Vegas tapings in September.

RVD also had the following to say regarding the size of some of today’s wrestlers.

“Huge News” Teased For WWE Backstage Premiere Episode

WWE Backstage on FS1 debuts November 5th at 11 PM and will be hosted by Renee Young and Booker T.

WWE on Fox posted a video on social media recently featuring Renee Young hinting that some big news will be dropped on the first show. Young mentioned they have a big surprise guest lined up who will be named on this Friday’s Smackdown.

Renee Young Hypes “Big News” On WWE Backstage

“Guys, we are here doing our final, final rehearsals as we are getting set to go live – for real, for real, for real – with WWE Backstage,” Renee Young begins the video before being surprised by Samoa Joe, who was also in the studio.

“It’s all happening Tuesday, November 5th at 11 PM eastern time. We are going to be up – for real, for real – this means we are going to be live every single week.”

She then talked about the upcoming lineup for the debut show next week.

“We’re going to have a taped message from John Cena, The Gronk is going to be checking in to see what’s going on…”

Young would then tease a mystery guest for the first show.

“And for our very first guest: huge news! It’s going to be announced on Friday Night SmackDown. It’s a very big deal, I promise you don’t want to miss it. See you guys on Tuesday!”

Tommaso Ciampa Comments On Sami Callihan’s World Title Win

Sami Callihan won the Impact World Championship on a show which aired last night on AXS TV. Callihan defeated Brian Cage inside a steel cage to headline the card. His title win has drawn reactions from fans and wrestlers alike, with many reaching out to offer their congratulations to Sami. Unfortunately, the new Impact champion seems to not appreciate any of the positive comments he has been receiving.

Tommaso Ciampa sent out the following in regard to Sami’s victory last night:

https://twitter.com/NXTCiampa/status/1189365136731099136

Callihan wasn’t interested in exchanging pleasantries with Ciampa, however:

Host of Busted Open Radio Dave LaGreca attempted to congratulate Sami, who is a frequent guest of the show. Callihan opted to insult LaGrega in response to his comments but will still make an appearance on the show this morning.

Impact World Championship Statistics

Callihan becomes the 26th wrestler to win the Impact World Championship and begins the 46th reign in its lineage. Cage’s title reign finishes at 180 days and he sits at 11th on the all-time combined days spent as champion statistic. The top eleven Impact World Champions of all time are below:

  1. Kurt Angle (6x) 608 days
  2. Bobby Lashley (4x) 403 days
  3. Austin Aries (3x) 373 days
  4. Bobby Roode (2x) 367 days
  5. Sting (4x) 326 days
  6. Jeff Hardy (3x) 249 days
  7. AJ Styles (2x) 220 days
  8. Bully Ray (2x) 196 days
  9. Johnny Impact (1x) 196 days
  10. Samoa Joe (1x) 182 days
  11. Brian Cage (1x) 180 days

7 Takeaways From Impact Wrestling 10/29

Impact Wrestling presented their debut show last night on AXS TV. The show was treated as the beginning of a new era for the promotion, with a new color scheme, presentation, and a world title change in the main event.

The show was originally taped over the weekend from Windsor’s St. Clair College.

Here are 7 takeaways from Impact Wrestling 10/29:

Sami Callihan Is The New Impact World Champion

  • Impact World Championship Steel Cage Match: Sami Callihan defeated Brian Cage (c) – New Champion

Sami Callihan needed a baseball bat and 6 piledrivers to stop the machine but he did it and now he’s the new Impact world champion. Cage arguably came out too focussed on trying to hurt Callihan and get revenge for what the Death Machine did to his wife, Melissa Santos.

The match turned when Cage charged at Callihan, missed and then went headfirst into the steel cage. Callihan would use his baseball bat and multiple piledrivers before finishing the ex-champ off with a piledriver from the second rope for the win.

Tessa Blanchard Confronts Sami Callihan To End Show

Callihan wouldn’t have long to celebrate his title win before being confronted by his bitter rival, Tessa Blanchard. Before Impact could go off the air last night, Blanchard stormed to ringside and confronted Callihan inside the cage. The show would go off the air with Callihan and Blanchard staring each other down.

“World’s Most Dangerous Man” vs “World’s Most Dangerous Manhood” Next Week

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze8EGq0Cw1E

Ken Shamrock sounded as though he was going to retire when he cut an in-ring promo this week. He was interrupted by Joey Ryan, however, who told Shamrock he still had “one more mountain to climb.”

“You’re that penis guy!” Shamrock then pointed out about Ryan. He would continue to say he’s a real fighter and Ryan is a gimmick. Ryan then said his dong would tap him out faster than the Gracie choke.

At this point, Shamrock said he has no plans to retire and that he’s putting the whole Impact roster on notice. Shamrock then said if Ryan wants his ankle snapped, he can oblige. They agreed to a match which will take place on next week’s show.

Jordynne Grace To Receive Title Shot?

  • Jordynne Grace, Rosemary & Alexia Nicole defeated Taya Valkyrie, Kiera Hogan & Madison Rayne

“Thick Mama Pump” has been a consistently good part of the Knockouts roster since debuting for the promotion a little over a year ago. Based on what happened last night on AXS TV, Grace could be the next in line for a shot at the Knockouts title.

The heel team didn’t exactly work in sync here. On multiple occasions at the end of the match, Taya went to her corner looking for a pin only to find nobody there.

Grace got the pin for her team, rolling up Taya Valkyrie for the win after Taya was not able to tag out.

Ace Austin Defeated Eddie Edwards In A Street Fight

  • Street Fight: Ace Austin defeated Eddie Edwards

The rivalry between X-Division Champion Ace Austin and Eddie Edwards continued this week. Austin loaded up his arm sleeve with a steel plate just as we have seen him do in recent weeks, and then put Edwards through a table for the win.

Austin has been referring to himself as the “XXX Division Champion” and has evidently begun a new film career or something along those lines.

Rich Swann & Willie Mack Moving Up The Tag Team Rankings

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdH3L_t-6_8
  • Rich Swann & Willie Mack defeated Desi Hit Squad (Rohit Raju & Raj Singh) w/ Gama Singh

Former X-Division Champion Rich Swann and Willie Mack have been a formidable tag team in Impact Wrestling as of late. They defeated the Great Gama Singh’s Desi Hit Squad this week. Josh Matthews would question on commentary if we are looking at a future tag team championship team.

Naomichi Marufuji Defeats Josh Alexander Of The North

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzPD03cjuDg
  • Naomichi Marufuji defeated Josh Alexander w/Ethan Page

Marufuji dropped his match to Michael Elgin at Bound For Glory but took advantage of this opportunity to get a win against Josh Alexander of the North. Marufuji would get the win with Sliced Bread Number 2 but after the match, Alexander would opt not to shake his hand.

Quick Results:

  1. Naomichi Marufuji defeated Josh Alexander w/Ethan Page
  2. Jordynne Grace, Rosemary & Alexia Nicole defeated Taya Valkyrie, Kiera Hogan & Madison Rayne
  3. Rich Swann & Willie Mack defeated Desi Hit Squad (Rohit Raju & Raj Singh) w/ Gama Singh
  4. Street Fight: Ace Austin defeated Eddie Edwards
  5. Impact World Championship Steel Cage Match: Sami Callihan defeated Brian Cage (c) – New Champion

Next Week:

  • Ken Shamrock vs Joey Ryan
  • Moose vs Willie Mack
  • Michael Elgin vs Fallah Bah

WWE NXT Preview: Women’s Tag Team Title Match, Rivalry Match

Thus, it’s time to look ahead starting with tonight’s episode of NXT. The fallout from that heel turn is expected to go down on this episode.

NXT will be going head-to-head in the same time slot as AEW Dynamite on the TNT network.

In the likely main event, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Kairi Sane vs. Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai will take place. This is the biggest match thus far announced for the show.

Dustin Rhodes Praises Sonny Kiss Following AEW Dark, Teases Future Partnership

Last night’s episode of All Elite Wrestling’s YouTube show, Dark, saw Dustin Rhodes team with Sonny Kiss. The duo took on the team of Peter Avalon and Q.T. Marshall, who was making his in-ring AEW debut. Rhodes and Kiss ended up walking away the winners of this tag team encounter.

Following their victory, the two were interviewed backstage, where Rhodes shared some high praise for his partner.

“The world out there listening right now, this right here is Sonny Kiss. He did awesome, incredible partner tonight to have in the ring for AEW Dark,” Rhodes said. “We killed it out there as always, what do you think, man?”

“I’m just overwhelmed. I’m excited, I am so happy to the AEW fans—they’ve so receptive. And thank you for being my inspiration. I mean, I did this for him, I did this in homage, obviously,” Kiss replied, indicating to his red-and-black attire. Rhodes admitted he had no idea that Kiss was going to do that and was pleasantly surprised when he first saw it. Kiss then promised AEW fans that they wouldn’t be seeing the last of them as a team.

https://twitter.com/AEWrestling/status/1189333442279956481?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1189333442279956481&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mandatory.com%2Fwrestlezone%2Fnews%2F1147867-dustin-rhodes-praises-sonny-kiss-after-aew-dark-match

Rhodes added, “Tonight I was up close and personal, and I got to see you actually perform, and you did an exquisite job. A great job, and I was very happy that I got to tag team with you.”

When asked what their tag team name would be, Kiss suggested they leave it in the hands of the AEW fans. Rhodes stated that he liked that idea before the pair walked away.

Sami Callihan Wins Impact World Title, Confronted By Tessa Blanchard

Impact Wrestling kicked off the AXS TV era in a big way Tuesday night. The show ended with a major title change, as challenger Sami Callihan defeated Impact World Champion Brian Cage.

The two competed in a no disqualification steel cage match that saw the action pour out into the ringside area. Near the end of the match, Callihan attempted to put the champion away with multiple piledrivers. Cage, however, was able to kick out.

The end of the match came after Callihan delivered a devastating avalanche piledriver from the second rope. He was finally able to secure the pinfall, claiming the Impact World Championship as his own.

This marks the first time Callihan has won the title. Cage had held the belt since April at Impact’s Rebellion event.

Here are some highlights from the bout:

Tessa Blanchard Confronts The New Champ

Following the three count, Callihan found his championship celebrations cut short as he was confronted by Tessa Blanchard. The two have previously faced each other, having headlined Impact’s Slammiversary pay-per-view in July. Callihan came away with the victory that night.

Blanchard’s confrontation appears to tease a future championship feud between the two.

Cain Velasquez Comments On WWE Future, In-Ring Style For Crown Jewel

Ahead of his WWE debut at Crown Jewel on Thursday, former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez and Rey Mysterio sat down with The New York Post. The two discussed Velasquez’s WWE future, as well as what kind of in-ring style he’ll be using against his opponent, WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.

Velasquez’s pro wrestling debut in AAA saw him under a mask, wrestling a much more acrobatic luchador style. Apparently, that won’t be the case at Crown Jewel.

“Taking the match to the MMA side now is my strong suit and that’s what I have to do,” Velasquez noted.” But still learning the game, the WWE style as well.”

Looking to the future, he believes he’ll eventually be able to blend his background and wrestling influences into his in-ring performance:

“I think in the future for me when I get a little more comfortable with this is to incorporate everything, everything that you can do in combat sports, the MMA, the WWE style of wrestling and also adding the lucha in there as well.”

Heavyweight Underdog

Velasquez admits that he is the underdog coming into his bout with Lesnar, given the champions experience and credentials. This fact, however, makes him more hungry to “go out there and show him that he just can’t go around and picking on people. This s–t has to stop.”

Mysterio reflected on the mixed reaction Velasquez received this last Monday night on RAW opposite Shelton Benjamin. Mysterio believes it’s only a matter of time until the WWE Universe is “mesmerized” by Cain’s abilities.

“For those who don’t know who he is, they will soon find out who he is because what he brought into the octagon every time he stepped in there is gonna be 10 times better when he gets in a WWE ring and faces Brock Lesnar for the first time,” Mysterio said.

Velasquez confessed that he hasn’t overthought his career in WWE post-Crown Jewel. He acknowledged that winning the WWE Championship would naturally change that.

WWE Crown Jewel takes place on October 31st from the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

First-Ever Women’s Match In Saudi Arabia Set For WWE Crown Jewel

Lacey Evans, Lana, and Natalya were all spotted with the rest of the WWE crew at the airport heading to Saudi Arabia recently and now the reason for their visit to the Middle Eastern country has been revealed.

WWE held a special press conference at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh this Wednesday morning and confirmed that they will be having the first-ever women’s match in the country at their upcoming show.

The company announced that Natalya will be facing Lacey Evans in the first-ever women’s match of the territory at the upcoming Crown Jewel Pay Per View event scheduled to take place this Friday.

This is a surprising announcement from the promotion as there was no news of any such match up being planned for the event and nobody was expecting them to make an announcement like this.

This is not the first time the company has tried to hold a women’s match in Saudi Arabia and they had planned a bout between Natalya and Alexa Bliss for the Super Showdown event back in June.

The officials had even flown in these two to the country ahead of the event but they couldn’t get the approval from the Kingdom for this fight and so they were forced to nix the bout at the last minute.

But now they have finally managed to get the approval from the government officials and the company will be making history with this match.

Now we will have to wait and see which one of these two women come out victorious in this historic bout. You can check out the betting odds for the show at this link.

Corey Graves On Which Star He Would Like To Have On His Podcast

Vince McMahon’s last appearance on a podcast made a lot of headlines and it appears that Corey Graves wants to do something similar by inviting the Boss to his upcoming show.

Graves recently had an interview with Newsweek to promote the premiere of his ‘After The Bell’ podcast on Wednesday, October 30 where he discussed things such as the format of his new show and more.

When asked which star he would like to have on his show in future, the SmackDown commentator said that while the likelihood of it happening is very slim, he would like to have the Boss on his podcast:

“Just the fan in me, the guy who loved this business his entire life, my new “white whale” has to be Vince [McMahon]. The likelihood of that happening I’d say is pretty slim to none, but if we’re setting our goals high, I would love to have The Boss.”

After Vince, Corey went on to take the name of Stephanie McMahon as well. He claimed that he would like to sit down with the former Raw Commissioner to set the record straight on who she really is, opposed to the public misconception of her.

Apart from this, Corey Graves also talked about how much creative freedom he will have with the podcast and more. You can check out his full interview at this link.

Sami Zayn On Not Being Allowed To Work Shows In Saudi Arabia

WWE’s shows in Saudi Arabia have been criticized for a lot of reasons and one of them is the fact that a number of stars have not been allowed to work the show due to their political beliefs or even descent such as Sami Zayn.

Zayn recently had an interview with Catch Newz where he discussed things like his new partnership with the current IC Champion Shinsuke Nakamura, trying to form an alliance with Daniel Bryan and more.

When asked about WWE’s deal with Saudi Arabia and the reports that he has been kept away from these shows because of his Syrian origin, the former NXT Champion said that it’s a complicated thing:

“I did a show a few years ago there. But with the new WWE partnership, I have not had a chance to perform. It’s a complicated thing, difficult to explain. But for the moment, I can not say much and that in favor of any side. Maybe it will change, but for now no change. It’s a complicated answer and I do not know how to explain it. “

Sami was also asked about the electric chair segment he did during a Raw episode in May. Fans were allowed to ask him any question they liked and Zayn had made some headlines by mentioning AEW during the angle.

When asked if the WWE Officials were angry over the mention of the rival promotion, the former NXT Star replied negatively, saying that it was only a big story on the internet.

Apart from this, Sami Zayn also talked about his former partners Shane Matthews and Scott Parker joining NXT and more. You can check out his full interview at this link.

Three Female Stars Travel To Saudi Arabia Ahead Of Crown Jewel

While they are not very likely to be wrestling at the upcoming Crown Jewel event, a few female stars of the WWE roster are atleast traveling to Saudi Arabia.

Lana, Natalya and Lacey Evans were recently spotted at airport with other crew members who are traveling to the country for the upcoming event from Riyadh.

The Saudi Arabian shows have generally been criticized by fans for not including female performers on the events due to the cultural restrictions of the Middle Eastern country.

There were rumors that the company is trying to get a match between Alexa Bliss and Natalya approved for the Super Showdown event earlier this year and the officials had flown the two in for the same.

However, they didn’t manage to get approval for a match between these two and the female wrestlers ended up making appearances at hospitals and schools instead.

It’s unknown what the three female stars who have traveled to the country this week will be doing there, but it’s likely that they will be making community appearances similar to what Natalya and Bliss did earlier this year.

The Crown Jewel event is currently scheduled to feature 8 matches in total. You can check out the match card and the latest betting odds for the show at this link.

DDP Discusses Not Being Featured On Raw Reunion Because Of His AEW Appearances

The recent reunion special of WWE Raw featured many legends but one name which was missing from the show was DDP and the wrestling legend recently revealed that the reason for it is his association with AEW.

The former WCW star recently had an interview with WrestlingInc where he discussed things such as his DDP yoga program, his recent AEW appearances and more.

Discussing the reunion special of the Red Branded Show, the former World Champion recalled not being called up for the episode and talking to the Performance Center head coach Matt Bloom about it:

“When they didn’t put me on the Legends show [RAW Reunion]…every single Legend and Hall of Famer there, I guess I was getting, ‘ok, we’re not using you anymore D.’ I called down to the PC and talked to Matt Bloom and he said, ‘Listen D. You’re working with those guys now. We’re not gonna have you down here.’ I said ok and thanks for letting me know,”

Though DDP went on to say that WWE has been very great to him. He claimed that he is grateful for his Hall Of Fame induction and the Royal Rumble appearance and he loves all the guys there.

Apart from this DDP also confirmed that he is not under any kind of contract with AEW and discussed a possible in-ring return. You can check out his comments about possibly returning to action in future at this link.
