NC Education Lottery and World-Renowned Pro Wrestler Ric Flair to Unveil “Wooooooo!†Ticket
RALEIGH- Ric Flair has teamed up with the North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) and will unveil a new instant scratch-off ticket at an event at Lowe’s Motor Speedway zMAX Dragway. The event will take place at 2:00 p.m., Friday, Sept. 18 at the NCEL’s booth at the NHRA Carolina Nationals.
Tom Shaheen, NCEL executive director, and Flair will be available to talk about the “Wooooooo!†scratch-off ticket and why this partnership is so important to Flair and the NCEL.
