The lower level talents with $100,000 downside guarantees, which would be the bottom guys, were given raises to $125,000 guarantees and according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, other talents likely got raises as well to offset the lack of pay-per-view bonus money.
Additionally, it’s said that the underneath guys have been complaining about having a hard time making it given road expenses, while the top guys are being well taken care of.
