NXT star Tommaso Ciampa says he is alright after an injury scare at Friday night’s NXT live event from Cleveland, Ohio.
Ciampa and Johnny Gargano were competing against NXT tag champions The Revival. Ciampa took Dash and Dawson’s finisher and it was immediately clear something was wrong. He remained on the mat for several minutes while Johnny Gargano and NXT officials around him. He eventually sat up and walked out very slowly.
The incident took place on the same card that saw Emma get her bell rung by Asuka in what turned out to be a pretty eventful evening.
