It’s not so often you see longtime rivals Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn working together, but that’s exactly what happened at Saturday night’s WWE live event from Montreal, Canada.
The main event saw WWE Champion Jinder Mahal defend against local hero Sami Zayn. After interference from the Singh Brothers, WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson got involved to break up the action. Just as Jinder and his henchmen were about to make Patterson regret his actions, Kevin Owens’ music hit and he charged to the ring. Owens cleaned house and then went face to face with Zayn. Jinder Mahal attacked, but Zayn and Owens joined forces to take out the heels.
