When asked for a statement regarding this news, Jarrett told WrestleZone, “Anthem is out of money.” Impact Wrestling has denied that claim with a statement of their own:
“That statement is inaccurate. Anthem and IMPACT Wrestling are looking forward to a successful 6-day tour in Ottawa, Nov. 5-10, and much more.”
No word yet on what’s next for Jeff Jarrett. The Impact Wrestling founder was scheduled to appear at two shows for Real Canadian Wrestling over the weekend. He made Friday night’s show from Calgary, but missed Saturday’s event from Edmonton.
