Over the weekend former WWE star and current IMPACT Wrestling talent Matt Sydal missed two advertised appearances for British Championship Wrestling (BCW) and did not return the booking deposit he received ahead of time. Because of this, BCW went public with the story and announced Sydal no-showed both events without returning said deposit which consisted of $1,200.
Sydal’s manager, Bill Behrens, did return his cut of $300. Earlier today BCW announced on their official Twitter page that the issue has been resolved thanks in large part to the intervention of IMPACT Wrestling:
“We at BCW would like to thank @IMPACTWRESTLING for stepping in and taking control of the situation and can tell you today we received our deposit back in full. They were very professional and helpfull in this situation”
