Matches that took place on this show include WWE Champion Daniel Bryan vs. R-Truth in a non-title match, Andrade Almas & Samoa Joe vs. Mustafa Ali & Rey Mysterio, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Bar (Cesaro & Sheamus) vs. The Usos (Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso) in a non-title match, and Becky Lynch defeating Carmella and Charlotte Flair in a Triple Threat Match in order to become the new #1 contender for the SmackDown Women’s Title where she has earned the opportunity to face Asuka for the strap at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
