A lightweight bout has been added to the UFC 141 card where veteran T.J. Grant will take on Jacob Volkmann. The event is set to take place on December 30, 2011 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Grant enters the bout looking for a second win after his submitting Shane Roller at UFC Live 6 just weeks ago. Grant currently holds a 4-3 record in the UFC.
Boasting of a 13-2 record of his own, Volkmann has earned four wins of his own durrring his career in the UFC in the welterweight division.
UFC 141 will host the headlining heavyweight bout of Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem, the two former divisional champions.
