NJPW Reportedly Wanted More AEW Talent for Wrestle Dynasty 2025

NJPW and AEW are set to run their first Wrestle Dynasty show on Sunday, January 5th, a day after the iconic Tokyo Dome Wrestle Kingdom show on January 4th. According to a new report from Fightful Select, NJPW wanted to bring more talent in for the event, but due to Collision taking place on the Saturday night, the talent wouldn’t be able to appear at both:

“There were a number of talent that NJPW wanted for Wrestle Dynasty, but were already planned for Collision the same day.”
