AEW has announced that its pay-per-view event, AEW Dynasty, is set to take place on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This will mark the first time an AEW pay-per-view will be hosted in Philadelphia, a city with a rich wrestling history. Tickets for the event will go on general sale starting Monday, February 3, and can be purchased at AEWTix.com.
The Liacouras Center, located on Temple University’s campus, has previously hosted notable wrestling events, including ROH Supercard of Honor 2024, as well as several AEW television tapings. AEW introduced the Dynasty pay-per-view to its lineup in 2024, with its inaugural event taking place on April 21, 2024, at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. The headline match saw Swerve Strickland defeat Samoa Joe to capture the AEW World Championship.
