Jon Moxley On His AEW Debut During Double Or Nothing

Mox reflects on what many believe is one of the most iconic moments in the history of wrestling

Jon Moxley’s debut at Double or Nothing is undoubtedly one of the biggest moments in the history of the company and many believe that it will go down as one of the most iconic moments in the history of wrestling.

During his recent interview on the State Of Combat podcast, the former WWE Champion discussed a number of things and also reflected on his AEW debut.

Mox admitted that his surprise appearance at the Double Or Nothing PPV was a very special moment for him because he had been through a rough couple of months and he went into radio silence during the time:

“That was a very special moment for me because that was a rough last couple of months there. I went radio silent. I didn’t say anything about anything even though all of these rumors were coming up everywhere about what I was doing and whether I was going or staying,”

Jon also talked about the days following his WWE departure saying that finally being able to come out and say that he was back felt really weird to him.

Apart from this, Jon Moxley was also asked if he has any ill-will towards his former employers in WWE and he said that now 6 months after leaving the company, he has no motivation left to prove anything to the company.

He went on to claim that his energy is now about creating positive things and there is no chip in his shoulders about showing anything to Vince McMahon.
