MJF has revealed that his Dynamite Diamond Ring has been stolen ahead of today’s ALL IN PPV from Wembley Stadium in London.
The American Champion revealed the news on Twitter earlier today saying that UK is a godless and lawless country:
The Dynamite Diamond Ring was first introduced back in November 2019 as a reward for the winner of the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale.
Originally the battle royal concluded when 2 members remained in the ring. The final 2 contestants then faced each other in a match with the winner getting the reward.
Maxwell and Adam Cole were the last two competitors for the inaugural battle royal with MJF subsequently defeating the Undisputed Era star to win the ring.
The 28-year-old continued his winning streak for the next two years and defeated Orange Cassidy in 2020 and Dante Martin in 2021 to retain possession of the ring.
The rules were changed in 2022 due to MJF’s exceptional success with the winner of the battle royal facing the Salt of The Earth directly for the prize.
Ricky Starks and Juice Robinson won the battle royal in 2022 and 2023 respectively but they both failed to take the ring away from the former AEW champion.
Cody Rhodes had stated that the original Dynamite Diamond Ring was valued at $42,000. The design was updated in 2021 with the claim that it was now worth $150,000.
It’s unknown if the ring going missing is part of a storyline for today’s PPV or if the artifact has actually been stolen. We’ll update the story with more details when they become available.
