Billy Gunn is All In. On September 1st, the Attitude Era legend will participate in the Over Budget Battle Royal. The match will take place on the 2-hour All In Zero Hour pre-show, airing on WGN America broadcast TV in the US.

The winner of the All In pre-show Battle Royal will earn a shot at the Ring of Honor World Championship. That match against Jay Lethal will occur on the main pay-per-view card of All In. There will be 15 competitors in the Battle Royal, with 7 now announced:
