Back in July, TNA founder and former creative team member Jeff Jarrett was sent home prior to the Victory Road PPV after it became public knowledge that Kurt Angle’s ex-wife had moved in with him. Since then, it has been rumored that TNA President Dixie Carter was looking to shake up the company’s creative structure. There were several familiar faces backstage in Orlando on Sunday for TNA’s No Surrender Pay-Per-View and the new structure is starting to take shape.
Former WWE and WCW writer Ed Ferrara was backstage at the PPV and was working on pre-tape segments for the show. Jeremy Borash has also been added to the TNA creative team, according to PWInsider.com. At this point, it appears the new creative team consists of Vince Russo, Ed Ferrara, Matt Conway, and Borash.
New TNA agents Pat Kenney and D-Lo Brown also were backstage at the Impact Zone in Orlando for TNA “No Surrender” on Sunday night. They are replacing Jim Cornette and B.G. James, who were let go last week.
