Brock Lesnar will defend his Universal Championship on July 9th 2017, in Dallas at the all-new “Great Balls of Fire” PPV event.
The American Airlines Centre in Dallas announced Lesnar’s participation in the event earlier today:

Great Balls of Fire PPV
Unless the verified social media accounts from Dallas’ American Airlines Centre are trolling everyone for some reason, this does appear to be the name of the new July PPV.
**Update: WWE has now confirmed the new PPV name on their event listings page.
It looks as though “GB of F” will be a Raw-exlusive PPV. As it stands currently, the plan is to limit co-branded shows to the big 4 PPVs.
