Cesaro congratulates Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes defeated Christopher Daniels last night at ROH’s Best in the World PPV to become the ROH World Champion. Rhodes is set to face IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada in July and Cody has been hinting at the idea of being a double World Champion. Cesaro posted the following photo on Instagram congratulating Rhodes on becoming ROH Champion:
