Cody (Rhodes) recently held a Q&A on Twitter and answered a question about possible locations for the planned 10,000 seat arena show in 2018.
The only market specifically mentioned at the moment, however, is Toronto.

While not officially stated, speculation is Chicago, London, San Francisco, and Ontario, California (site of the Bullet Club “invasion”) are the other 4 markets.
