A mere six months following UFC announcing a program to cover its’ athletes outside the cage, a Tennessee-based insurance company is now offering the company a plan that costs a little over $20 per month.
Fighters are not only covered during training, but are also eligible to receive compensation for injuries sustained during fights inside the octagon, and get $100,000 life insurance policy, according to the CEO of Combat Sports Insurance.
