UFC president Dana White announced at the official UFC 141: “Lesnar vs. Overeem” pre-fight press conference that bantamweight fighter Miguel Torres has been re-hired by the company.
Torres was released from his UFC deal following a social media incident which saw the former WEC champion make a joke about rape.
According to White, in addition to donating money to local rape centers and making visits to some of them as a volunteer, Torres has also undergone sensitivity classes.
