FUEL TV general manager George Greenberg spoke on the programming of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s new move, saying that about 25% of programming time (over 2,000 hours) will be devoted specifically to the UFC and will show more live action from the promotion than any other network. He went on to say:
“As far as our presentation, we’re not going to assume anything. We’re going to talk to junkies, we’re going to talk to new people, we’re going to talk to the casual fan. At the end of the day, we’re going to make sure that the experience, whether they’ve seen it before or they haven’t, is an introduction to a new sport that is absolutely in the last 10 years off the map.”
