– TMZ is reporting that Hulk Hogan will sue his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, for allegedly taping Hulk having sex with his then-wife Heather Clem back in 2006. Clem is also part of the suit.
Hulk will allege invasion of privacy, on grounds Bubba and Heather conspired to record Hulk’s sexual encounter with her. After it’s over and Hogan leaves the room, Bubba the Love Sponge is caught on tape telling Clem, “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage.”
Hogan is also filing a federal lawsuit against Gawker.com, the website that posted footage from the sex tape.
– Hulk Hogan will be holding a press conference today at 5pm (Eastern) to discuss the “legal action” being taken (ie. the two lawsuits).
