-The man who portrayed Bully Ray’s lawyer on Thursday’s edition of TNA Impact Wrestling was former long-time Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) announcer Dean Hill.
-According to multiple mixed-martial-arts websites, Bellator plans to announce a Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Roy Jones Jr. fight as the headline attraction for a year-end pay-per-view. Other wrestling websites incorrectly reported that the Rampage vs. Jones bout would feature the biggest name boxer to ever attempt MMA, however, the plan is for the fight to be under boxing rules, not MMA rules.
While the fight in general is unconfirmed at this point, the plan is to run the Rampage vs. Jones boxing match on pay-per-view head-to-head against UFC’s year end offering. UFC 168 will take place on December 28th, and will feature a double main-event of Anderson Silva vs. Chris Weidman II and Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate II.
