Since Impact Wrestling’s new management team took over, several changes have been taking place in the promotion. One of the most noticeable changes is their attitude towards freelance wrestlers and independent wrestling promotions.
Impact Wrestling is looking to partner with other promotions to hold joint events and exchange talent. In March, Impact will be partnering with Border City Wrestling and Destiny for events which will air on Twitch TV.
Impact’s management team has just reached an agreement with women’s wrestling promotion, RISE.

The press release from RISE indicates Impact Wrestling will be working with them on a seminar series in May, with at least one RISE performer earning a chance to compete on Impact television.
