Jarrett Talks About TV Negotiations For GFW, Says They Will Also Offer Free Online Content

Global Force Wrestling and the Jarrett family’s history as wrestling promoters are featured in a new story by The Tennessean.

Jeff Jarrett’s father, old school wrestling promoter Jerry Jarrett, told a story about his mother Christine Jarrett clawing a man and threatening to murder a rival promoter with mob ties when he tries to expose the business.

“She grabbed him in the face and stuck her nails so hard in his jaws, squeezing his mouth she put holes in his skin. She said, ‘If you don’t leave this town, I’ll kill you!’ Teeny became a legend in that situation. And the result was she gained enormous respect from Nick, and Roy and all the wrestlers.”

Additionally, Jeff Jarrett spoke about being in talks with three different networks for GFW, and noted that the promotion will also be offering free online content.
