TNA star Kurt Angle, who officially re-signed with the promotion recently, spoke to Associated Press writer Dan Gelston to promote the upcoming launch of Impact Wrestling on Destination America, which is scheduled for this Wednesday night.
During the discussion, Angle talked about a possible return to the ring. “It looks like I’ll be wrestling here sooner rather than later, if that gives you a hint,” Angle said while laughing.
Angle also compared his run in TNA to his run in WWE, noting that while he had a great career in WWE, he feels his TNA run has actually been better.
“I had an incredible career at WWE,” said Angle, “but my career has actually been better in TNA.”
