Shane says Steph and Triple H are running WWE into the ground, and reveals that legally he is above Stephanie on the corporate ladder due to a side deal with Vince. It sounds like he’s going to take Stephanie’s control in the company. Vince sends Stephanie to the back, while him and Shane negotiate in the ring.

The crowd chants “Yes!” Vince says Shane needs to win a match against an opponent of Vince’s choosing in order to get what he wants. Shane accepts. Vince says something that gets censored on the USA Network, something about beatings. Vince reveals that at WrestleMania 32, Shane will have to wrestle The Undertaker in a Hell In A Cell match.
