Hiroshi Tanahashi has unfortunately had to pull out of the Dominion show on June 19th due to injury. He made a public announcement at today’s Korakuen Hall show which was interrupted by Kenny Omega.
Tanahashi’s was scheduled to face Omega in a ladder match for the IWGP Intercontinental Title, however it appears that Michael Elgin will now take the spot of New Japan’s Ace.
Hiroshi’s stated that he hopes to return in time for the G1 Climax tournament in August.
