— Creative plans are in place for Matt Hardy to perform as the “cold blooded” alter-ego he introduced a few months ago on Twitter. He will be referred to as “Cold Blood” Matt Hardy. He said this week on Twitter that the persona is returning soon.
The organization recently applied a wrestling-related trademark to the term “Cold Blood.”
— Friday’s TNA Wrestling live event in Reading, PA, drew approximately 1,000 fans. Saturday’s show in Upper Marlboro, MD, drew 688 fans. Sunday in Hagerstown, MD, drew a sellout crowd of 1,350 fans, the first legitimate sellout for a TNA live event in a while.
— TNA Wrestling officials are still negotiating with Asistencia AsesorÃa y Administración (AAA) regarding utilizing Zorro. A deal is expected to be reached and that he’ll perform under a different name.
