Swerve’s First Challenge
Last week, Shane Strickland defeated Matt Riddle in the World Title tournament finals to become the new MLW World Heavyweight Champion. That same night, Pentagon Jr. defeated Rey Fenix to become #1 contender. Major League Wrestling has announced that Strickland vs. Pentagon Jr. will take place at MLW: Intimidation Games, scheduled for Thursday, May 3rd from Orlando, FL at Gilt Nightclub.
This will be a TV taping for MLW’s new weekly series FUSION, which premieres this Friday night on beIN SPORTS. Other talent scheduled to appear at Intimidation Games includes Rey Fenix, MVP, Barrington Hughes, Maxwell Jacob Friedman and The Dirty Blondes.
