Kenny Omega is not the only New Japan talent with Chris Jericho in their crosshairs. Los Ingobernables member EVIL has issued a challenge to the IWGP Intercontinental Champion.
EVIL appeared on camera following a recent ‘Road To Destruction’ event and stated: “Let me tell you what I think of you today Chris Jericho. You said in the interview that Chris Jericho vs EVIL is a possibility didn’t you? Did you know that there is a limit on how long you can just hold that Intercontinental title? If you are up for it then I don’t mind at all.”
EVIL appeared after Y2J’s Intercontinental Championship match with Tetsuya Naito back at Dominion. The New Japan star came to the aid of his stablemate forcing Jericho to flee the ring and tease a future bout between the two.
Jericho has since responded to the challenge. He took to Twitter to inform EVIL that he “needs to mind his own effen business.”
