New Japan posted a tweet today teasing some of the potential competitors in this year’s Best of the Super Juniors tournament.
The Best of the Super Juniors (also known as BOSJ) is essentially the Junior Heavyweight version of the G1 Climax tournament that takes place in July. Competitors are split into two Blocks and must compete with every wrestler in their block round robin style. Points are awarded for victories and the eventual winners of the two groups face off in a final match to determine the winner.
Several of NJPW’s biggest Juniors stars will be participating in the annual event:

- KUSHIDA

- BUSHI
- Dragon Lee

WWE recently announced their newest Pay Per View/Network event taking place in July named ‘Great Balls of Fire.’ New Japan sent out a tweet today appearing to take a dig at WWE for their choice of name:
