NXT UK’s momentous Takeover: Blackpool event created a buzz behind the brand that was missing initially. The card featured some stellar matches with the NXT UK Tag Team Title bout between Moustache Mountain and Grizzled Young Veterans effectively stealing the show. Pete Dunne and Joe Coffey also put on an impressive performance in the main event. The match was for the WWE United Kingdom Championship and Dunne once again defended successfully.

- Jordan Devlin b. Travis Banks – This match went to a double countout in 13:24, the feud is now likely to continue
