Spoiler: Bobby Roode’s Next Challenger Revealed

The next challenger to Bobby Roode’s NXT Championship is none other than Hideo Itami.

At Wednesday night’s NXT tapings from Full Sail University, Roode came to the ring to gloat about his successful title defense at Takeover: Orlando and issued an open challenge to the NXT locker room. Out came Itami, who got in Roode’s face and laid him out with a GTS.

Hideo Itami returned to the ring just a few weeks ago (VIDEO) after being out of action since October with a serious neck injury.

As of this writing, Bobby Roode vs. Hideo Itami has not been officially announced, but it will probably take place at NXT Takeover: Chicago. That show is scheduled for Saturday night, May 20th during WWE Backlash weekend.
