Ring of Honor has announced that British wrestling Legends Jonny Storm and Jody Fleisch will be taking on The Young Bucks at London’s York Hall for Honor ReUnited. This clash of generations will be taking place on August 19th.
Jonny Storm and Jody Fleisch both made their ROH debuts on June 22nd 2002 at the ‘Road to the Title’ at the Murphy Rec Center and were opponents on that evening. ROH sent out the following press release hyping Storm/Fleisch and the bout:
“Fleisch and Storm have a decade-plus of tag team experience teaming together with accolades that include being the first-ever 1PW Tag Team Champions and have stated they are looking to make an instant splash into the most competitive tag team division in the world in ROH! Fleisch and Storm at young ages early in their careers built their lineages that include bouts against ROH pioneers Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles and more recently against some of the top independent stars in the world and they will be in tag team action in Doncaster and London!
The Young Bucks clash with Jody Fleisch and Jonny Storm for the first time in London! The Bucks are looking to get back to the top of the tag team mountain while Fleisch and Storm look to pick up victories over first the Briscoes in Doncaster and then the Young Bucks in London!
