Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson, the Rock ‘N’ Roll Express, will challenge for the ROH Tag Team Championships on August 25th. The legendary team will challenge Mark & Jay Briscoe for the belts in Nashville at ROH Honor for All.
The two teams met previously in the 1st round of the NWA’s Crockett Cup tournament held earlier this year. The Briscoes advanced in the tournament but were eventually eliminated in the semi-finals by PCO and Brody King via disqualification.
“One of the greatest tag teams of all time get their first shot at the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships in one of the most historic wrestling cities in the country: Hall of Famers Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson, the Rock ‘N’ Roll Express, look to get revenge and leave Nashville with the ROH World Tag Team Championships when they challenge Jay and Mark Briscoe!” reads an ROH press release for the match.

Honor For All will stream live on Honor Club from the Nashville Fairgrounds on August 25th beginning at 7 PM Central.

- ROH 6-Man Tag Team Championships: Villain Enterprises (c) vs LifeBlood
