Santino Marella has been announced for DDT’s show on August 25th, 2019 inside Tokyo’s famed Korakuen Hall. Marella most recently appeared on the RAW Reunion show for WWE last week.
The comedy-based promotion sent the following out on social media to announce Marella’s debut for the promotion:
What Is DDT Pro Wrestling?
Dramatic Dream Team (DDT) Pro-Wrestling is a comedy-based promotion based out of Japan which was founded in 1997. It has gained popularity worldwide through their over-the-top comedic bouts.
International fans can follow the promotion through DDT Universe streaming service.

Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship
Another notable component of DDT Pro-Wrestling is their 24/7 title, the Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship. The title has changed hands 1379 times since its inception in 2000.
Several intimate objects have held the championship at one time as well, including the title belt itself.
