At Sunday’s TNA Turning Point pay-per-view, Fortune will wrestle EV 2.0 in a match where the winning team gets to fire a member of the losing team.
According to a TNA source, EV 2.o member Sabu has been told by company officials that Turning Point will be the final show he’s booked on. While this is not guaranteed, Sabu leaving TNA after Turning Point seems to indicate that Fortune will be victorious this weekend and Sabu will be the man they send packing.
People close to Sabu say that he is disappointed by the news and enjoyed his most recent TNA run, working with Rob Van Dam and the other ECW originals.
TNA originally planned to end the EV 2.0 vs. Fortune feud last month at Bound For Glory, but kept it going another month. The feud will likely be wrapped up Sunday or at next week’s iMPACT! tapings.
