The Undertaker Cancels Q&A Appearances

the Undertaker is no longer able to do the Q&A portion of the Rise of the Taker tour.

The Undertaker will no longer be participating in a planned Q&A session with Inside the Ropes later this month. Taker will still be taking part in Meet and Greets with fans as part of the “Rise of the Taker” tour in the U.K, however.

“It is with a heavy heart that we need to write this to notify you of some changes to the event,” Inside the Ropes explained. “When we booked Undertaker back in October, we were able to book him for a Q&A. Unfortunately, it’s come to light in recent times that he is unable to participate in this portion of the show.”

The company would later announce that Mick Foley will replace the Undertaker in the Q&A session of the show.

“We have tried everything we can to make these shows go ahead as the priority for us is that you still get to meet The Undertaker! The good news, The Undertaker will still be traveling to the UK and participating in our Meet & Greet portion of the event.”

They also announced that the planned May 2nd show in Manchester will now take place on April 29th.

Undertaker Q&A Session Cancelled

Back in February, Jim Ross revealed on his podcast that he does not believe WWE is happy with Undertaker’s bookings outside of WWE. In particular, JR feels Undertaker’s booking at Starrcast II upset the company.

“I heard it through the grapevine that The Undertaker’s decision to appear at Starrcast for Conrad Thompson has not been a popular front office decision,” said Ross.
