– TNA has booked the Manhattan Center for another set of Impact Wrestling tapings in September.
– TNA management held a talent meeting at last night’s tapings from the Manhattan Center to address the status of the company’s television deal. The wrestlers were told that negotiations were still ongoing and their hard work is very appreciated, despite all the negative news that’s come out in the press regarding TNA’s future. The meeting was said to be very positive and upbeat.
– The topic of SmackDown possibly moving to Thursdays was also a topic of discussion backstage at the Impact tapings. The TNA wrestlers who have worked for WWE were also very surprised that longtime WWE timekeeper Mark Yeaton was let go this week.
