A new match has been announced for the Bound for Glory PPV. Matt Sydal and Ethan Page will take on Rich Swann and a partner of his choosing will go down at this show.

Austin Aries defending the Impact Wrestling World Heavyweight Title against Johnny Impact is expected to serve as the main event. The other title being on the line at this show will see Impact Knockouts Champion Tessa Blanchard defend her title against Taya Valkyrie.
Impact Wrestling will hold their Bound for Glory pay-per-view event on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City, New York. This is considered the biggest event of the year for the promotion. The event will air on traditional PPV outlets and the FITE TV app. The company is expected to add a few more matches to finalize this card before the event takes place.
