James Ellsworth vs. AJ Styles for the WWE World Championship has been announced as the main event for this Tuesday’s live SmackDown. The match was made by SmackDown GM on tonight’s post-TLC Talking Smack episode.
Ellsworth appeared on Talking Smack and commented on why he helped AJ Styles retain the championship over Dean Ambrose at TLC. Ellsworth made it clear he didn’t turn on Ambrose as much as he wanted to face Styles for the title because he feels he has AJ’s number after the recent wins. Ellsworth also mentioned giving Ambrose the first championship shot after he wins.
