Adam Rose appeared in a Florida courtroom this morning and was given a $1000 bond, which means he could be out of jail today. The judge wanted to hit Rose with a restraining order but his wife begged the judge not to as Rose is needed at home to care for their special needs child, according to TMZ.
The judge also mentioned a previous domestic incident in March and was concerned for a pattern of abuse. Rose’s lawyer argued that his actions during Wednesday’s incident were not painful or aggressive, but more of a “passionate, ‘Hey, let’s talk about this.'” type of behavior.
Rose will be back in court in June and has been ordered to visit his pastor once a week for counseling until then.
