Alberto El Patron is currently in Puerto Rico for a WWC show and tweeted what appears to be details of girlfriend Paige’s neck injury.
Paige, who is currently serving a 60 day suspension from WWE, has been at odds with the company over whether or not she needs neck surgery. Earlier this week, the Wrestling Observer reported that WWE does not feel her injury requires surgery and they’re unwilling to pay for the procedure.
On Saturday, Alberto tweeted the following, noting “they say she’s not hurt.” Based on the Observer report, WWE isn’t denying Paige is dealing with an injury, but their doctors have determined surgery is not required. Â As more details of Paige’s rift with WWE are made public by her and Alberto, it becomes increasingly less likely a resolution will be reached any time soon.
